Got to practice here the other afternoon and there are many things I appreciated from the practice. Lydia was a wonderful guide through the class. Tuning in to all levels of experience while providing a fluid sequence as a whole. I adore the space and its charm. The class ended with what felt like a mini spa treatment. I left feeling deeply relaxed, as well as some sore muscles a day or two later ;) I look forward to my time there again soon.

Went to the SUP class today and it was so fun!!! Great variation from a typical practice and the weather was absolutely perfect! I cant wait to practice again with this studio!
