I became a Proclub member almost a year ago beacuse I wanted my 5 year oldu to exercise more. However, the class selections for that age group is close to nothing. And the start-end dates are so weird that you always need to keep an eye on their website. (i.e. Tennis Classes started in May ane ends in July whereas swimming classes start in June and ends in August ) I am sure that they would have more customers if they had several monthly class class options for kids. When I went to the the front desk to get more information about the summer class options I was very dissapointed. I was very clear about what I was looking for. MONTHLY TENNIS, SWIMMING, KARATE, SOCCER.... long story short any monthly class. The lady at their front desk was very busy with chitcahtting so she made me feel like I bothered her in addition to her having no knowledge about the availabilities. She kept giving brochures of the classes that either didnt meet my expectations or the ones that are almost ended. For sure, Ill cancel my membership ASAP.

Proclub is losing its committment to quality and friendliness. While yes they are bringing in new equipment and they offer towel service, as a member who has used the club for many years this is just the surface. Their staff in the cardiotheater is so rude. One guy in particular should really be given a warning of how he treats the members if he is asked a question. The salon is a joke. None of the the hair stylists I tried their can cut hair. This is too bad. Save your money please and find a better salon. It is obvious they have few customers as there is always a group of employees chit chatting away away at the front counter. I think the fact that the proclub was trying to sell exclusive memberships for some outrageous water slide expansion is further proof that this club is losing its way. They definitely need to being in some fresh consultants to help them with customer service and quality of all the products and services they offer.

Great facilities and great fitness classes. However, one time I had an unpleasant experience with a female janitor in the ladies locker room. I know that the ladies locker room is much cleaner than the that of the other clubs, but it doesnt mean that a janitor can vacuum any time in the ladies lounge where the female club members are relaxing eating and watching TV. She can vacuum the other area while the other member is eating in the lounge for only less than 5 minutes. I wish the other female members were in the lounge with me to back up the story. She wouldnt have done that if the other member was at present. She did vacuum up to my feet. It was very noisy and dusty that it ruined my snack. Can you imagine the janitor starts vacuuming while you are eating at the restaurant? You immediately leave the restaurant without paying any tips. That means she has no respect with you. Isnt it biased?

A little intimidated by the ambiance of the proclub, but figured it was probably the best place to have a mole looked at for cancer. Guess not! I was told the results from the biopsy would take 10 days. You would think something like this was close to serious and the Dr. would be in touch no matter what the results. NOPE. I had to call 17 days later, only to find out there wasnt anyone there to give me the results and someone would have to call me back. 4 days later I get a call back, only to have this gal say she was confirming what information I was looking and ultimately didnt have the information. She told me shell have to get back to me after speaking with the Dr. It is now day 23 and still havent heard from anyone. I dont recommend the Proclub and Dr. Levy unless you are getting a quick BOTOX!

Bought a spa gift card for my parents and paid $400 in advance for it. At the day of appointment, when my parents presented the gift card, they told that it has already been paid in full so no need to give the gift card! And after few days, I checked my credit card bill and saw that they charged me twice! When contacted they said that gift card was not presented and hence charged again.. Had to go through multiple phone calls and long hold ups to get the mess cleared! And at the end they said they can only give $350 back which was the amount of service and the rest $50 has to be retrieved in the form of another service! Its a big show off.. even the operator was non apologetic..

I love that there is something for everyone. It is about as perfect as a gym can be. My only complaints are that, its frustrating that their pool gets so full after work especially as "league" swimming takes up a full pool for hours on end. Also I wish there was an adults only (No kids), period of time, like to one under 18 after 7:30 PM as it gets extremely loud due to their screaming and the echoing walls. Doing laps in peace is impossible. Also I HATE the anti-slip mats in the showers and in the other slippery areas. They are *extremely* painful to walk across or stand on with bare feet, and showering with flip-flops on is weird.

We used The Spa at Pro Sport Club Bellevue. We always payed full amount with tips. However, they tried to bill us more. They had our wrong address and the mail was returned. Instead of calling us or ask me to check address (I visit Pro Sports Club often) they gave that to Collection Agency (!) It is quite unexpected from a club with such reputation. After I talked to Collection Agency we figured out that 1 letter in my address is wrong. Be aware: they do not really care about you - they prefer easiest way for them.

Way too expensive in my opinion, but I went here for several months for physical therapy, so not for most of their facilities. They have a great program here, including aqua therapy. They have a sister crossfit gym that you can attend too. If youre looking for an all in one package with everything you could want in a gym, knowing that most everything is an extra cost on top of membership (seriously, food, clothing store, almost all classes cost, spa, massage, diet coaching), then this is a nice choice.

The gym is the best in the area: 4 pools (lap swimming in 2), remodeling the cycling studio, infinite amount of machines and free weights. And the boutique, although expensive, has some really cool and nice things. Food is very good, too. But the most amazing thing here is the way they treat the members! I cannot stop praising all the cool things they do and the way they respond to my suggestions or concerns. And Giuseppe at the Spa is THE best massage you will ever have in your life.

By far the nicest gym in the state. The sonics practiced here and Steve ballmer goes here. The new style treadmills take it easy on the knees and the weight room is huge and not crowded in the couple of weekends Ive used it. All of the weights and equipment are in great condition. The cardio theater is something you dont realize is amazing until after you go back to doing cardio under harsh fluorescent lights. Locker rooms are like a resort and have hot tubs for post workout. Amazing.
