Been going to this club for about 4 months. I go every morning M-F. Also pay extra for the VIP locker room. Im consistently disappointed in the club, for several reasons. Clock in the locker room doesnt work, nor do the TVs most of the time - seems like a small thing but it piles up with other things. Showers are often clogged and remain so for weeks, despite multiple people notifying the staff several times. Paper towels throughout the gym are often empty, no longer surprised anymore when there arent any - only seems like one guy ever cares that they are empty and tries to refill them when he can, though he is a trainer and often busy with clients. Equipment is relatively old, and several TVs in the cardio area often dont work. Staff is relatively friendly, although the manger doesnt seem to care. Ive called him about locker room issues before, to be friendly about it and let him know others are complaining a lot to help him avoid a bigger problem on his hands - he was fairly dismissive and clearly just wanted to be off the phone. If it wasnt for a discounted rate through where I work, and the convenient location, I would switch clubs in a heartbeat.

The customer service is terrible. I went to one at 140th street. One of Assistant manager mentioned free childcare while trial 7 days membership last. So, as my kids are on winter break, I took them to one in Bellevue downtown to put them in childcare room. But the manager insisted that I have to pay for the childcare. I didnt agree with her, and make her call the other club to talk to the Assistant manager that we dealt with. Well, she agree that person that we talked to is EXIST. but she said that he should not have told us that. Her attitude was very bad, and didnt even apologized to me at all. Her attitude is" I am right, you are wrong". My kids are all excited to go to the childcare room. It is not money, but I didnt like their attitude at all. Well, we are very serious to join, but they lost our business. I dont recommend the club t to anyone at all.

This 24 hour facility is a great refreshment after joining at the Kirkland/85th street facility. It is new, very clean, and open/spacious. My time is anywhere between 530pm and 730 pm on weekdays, and it does get crowded. This location draws agreeable people, and working in and moving around the machines and free weights is no problem. I personally have not had issues in getting in to use an elliptical machine, but all the cardio machines are fairly booked at this time. Of course this is rush hour for a gym, and that is to be expected. Nice locker room and individual showers provide a better level of privacy than most gyms. 5/5 for 24 hour fitness bellevue

I recently tried out this 24 hour fitness. Although it was a nice facility, around 4pm (on a weekday) it starts to get really crowded. I found myself constantly waiting for equipment, and my workout was twice as long as it needed to be. It felt like a lot of the weight lifting equipment was not logically grouped together. They have 3 normal bench presses which are always crowded. Not enough sit-up/abdominal equipment (only 1 inclined situp bench). Nobody seems to wipe down the equipment (no free towels), so expect to find lots of sweaty messes on your equipment before you use it.

Ive been to a lot of gyms. this one is just okay. not great not awful. there are areas in the weights section where its really tight. the benches are cramped up so close together that when youre lifting weights you could easily knock out the person next to you if youre not careful. not enough person space. some of the cardio machines arent well maintained either. there will be pieces of the arm handles missing or the display screen will be half faded out. nice view thought from four floors up.

Only positive about this particular 24hr is the location being walking distance from my office. Equipment is old and poorly maintained. Multiple TVs dont work. Hours are not great due to being part of a larger corporate tower. Cannot deadlift due to noise complaints from other building tenants. Showers are disgusting. The list goes on. Most concerning is that Ive had my belongings stolen multiple times from lockers even while using a lock! Only go to this location if you must.

Furat of all I get why. With what I am about to say. Limited hours and can only park for 2 hours!!! Both of those thungs need to get figured out. I need a 430am gym on sat. And i seldom go under 2 hours with my lifting. Not to mention if I need a shower. The solution for the parking is park across the street and risk a ticket or leave after 2 hours drive around and come back in? I dont car about the old machines, I kinda like that. But the other things make it hard.

This 24 Hour Fitness has the feel of a smaller gym but with the equipment of a larger gym. I do a mix of power lifting, Olympic lifting and just cardio, and this gym has virtually every piece of equipment I could need - including bumper weights! Ive also found that the people that go to this particular gym also tend to be older and more mature, so you can focus on your workout and not on other people trying to one-up you.

Wish I could give NO STARS as review because thats what INCOMPETENT people deserve. They WILL set up your account wrong, they WILL cancel the wrong person when you ask and they WILL never give you a refund. Lets not even start talking about the AGING equipment which is rusted and on the verge of breaking while you use it. Pathetic! Where does all our money go??? Do us all a favor and close-out all your locations!!

Staff totally spewed out spoilers about the game I was recording before I could get on the elevator. So, do I have to avoid this location all season? Really just surprising a fitness club doesnt understand sports and that it becomes more important in hard economic times. I hope someone somewhere might learn something from this and not simply yell at a subordinate.

It is an ok gym. It is usually packed and machines are never updated even though there is an annual fee for equipment upgrade. The stage is great, but this 24 hours is not up to standards to must gyms on its chain. Additionally if you like to lift heavy weights good luck not being asked to lower your weights softly

The staff are friendly and courteous. The facilities are kept very clean, and the machines seem to be in working order at a high rate. This location is not open 24 hours per se, but given that most of the clientele are corporate employees in the area, that should suffice. Validated parking is easy.

This place is in serious need of an upgrade. The equipment is new but the facilities seem rather old. I went there for a spin class and the class started 15 minutes late cause the previous class ran over. The locker room area didnt seem all that clean and parking the garage was a pain the butt.

For being in the city, its not bad at all. Free garage parking for a maximum of two hours with validation ticket. On the smaller side but thats how I like it. Elevator to get to 5th floor which is where the gym is located. Locker rooms are okay. Sauna and shop there too.
