Crossfit Solano is hands down the best Crossfit gym Ive ever come across. The trainers are very knowledgeable and take a personal interest in your training. The facility is spacious, but not overcrowded. The other crossfiters are very nice and encouraging, no ego idiots there. And the price is cheaper than many of the other CFs. I cannot think of a single negative about this gym. Wish I was there. :(

This is by far the best CrossFit gym in Solano County. The owners actually take time with you help you with the move show you the moves. Its definitely a no judgement gym everybody there of all different abilities sizes and backgrounds.
