I will defenly not take my car there they dont know what there doing I took my car to get fix and they said it was the battery that I needed a new one couples days before that I took my battery to Auto Zone to check it and they told me my battery was good I explain that to the pepboys employee and he said that the diagnosis was that my battery wasnt good so I believe them so they replace the battery they called me and told me my car was ready for pick up I go to pick it up and my car wouldnt turn on I go back inside and tell them my car isnt turning on they go and check it and the employee said its weird ur car was working find so he mentioned that proably it was the starter I told him well didnt you guys put the machine to diagnose the car he said yes and the only thing that came out was your battery not being good so I told him what was going to happen next he said well leave your car here and we will check whats wrong so I go home and when my husband comes home from work I tell him everything that happend he tell me no they just want to sell you a new battery cause that battery is still good so my husband goes to pepboys and tell them that he wants hes money back for the battery we had bought them and for them to put the old battery so they did, my car wasnt turning on so we call a towing to tow the car to our house the next day my husband takes the battery to O Reilly to get it test and they test the battery and tell us the battery is good it just need to be charge I cant believe the bad service pepboys has they just wanted to sell us a battery when my battery was perfectly good and what a poor service they have they couldnt figure what was wrong with my car tomorrow I will be taking my car to the dealer cause it still given me problems .

This used to be my favorite location till Jr left, I have had my car messed up here, they spilled oil on my headlight and then had the nerve to say my car was like that, like i wouldnt notice, seriously!!! I had gone in for an oil change...then when I complained about that they said I had to come back and and they would clean it up, well headlights heat up and oil absorbs in expanded plastic...so it got worst! When I took it back they did a headlight restoration on it...well not only did it not work, OIL STAIN STILL THERE but the idiot that did it didnt tape off the bumper so now there r scratch marks!!! Seriously!!! So when they put in a claim to corporate they sent someone to estimate cost I had also gotten an estimate and I near by body shop well yes they paid for repair but did not consider I would be carless!!! When I mentioned that they gave me a bs excuse fed up of dealing with corporate I just gave up which Im sure its something they look fwd to...A$$HOLES!!! Before this incident I would have rated them a 5...they always explained everything and seemed to b very considerate. So disappointed.

This particular Pep Boys location has always gave me great customer service! I am at this store all the time spending my money. They always have a lot of the parts I need in stock and if they dont they always get it to me the same day if possible! John has an intense amount of knowledge on cars and parts that has always helped me with questions I might have for him. The staff is so friendly. From the moment I walk in the store and having Monica welcoming by name making me feel welcomed and valued. The service department has always helped me with things that I might not have the equipment for or the "how to". Ariel, Thao, and JR have always gave me a very satisfactory customer service level. The store is always clean and to top it off youve got to love the smell of new tires! Overall I will be coming back just like Ive been doing so!

Upon my arrival to the service department, I had to wait approximately 30 minutes before being acknowledged by any employee as to why I was waiting. It was only after expressing my dissatisfaction that my vehicle was attended to by one of the stores employees. I do not entirely blame the employee on duty (Jeremie) but there were a lot of customers that had come in within the last hour of closing time. There was only one of him and several customers who needed attention at the same time. Pep Boys needs to make sure that there are enough employees to adequately provide customer service in their service department all the way to closing time of the store. Other than that, I did ultimately receive good service, and it was timely once they actually began. I would consider returning to this Pep Boys.

Made an appt for an oil change, and brake pad change. 7 hours later, after telling me they had front brakes in stock but no rears, so they ordered the rears and realized they were mistaken and didnt have the front ones either so they had to order those too, only to realize they ordered the wrong ones, all after a 3 hour oil change and brake "inspection", only to give me my car back, which wouldnt start in the parking lot, cause they drained the battery. A week later, and my brakes feel like theyre grinding to the point where im going back to my car dealer to have them inspected. Absolutely ridiculous experience, and recommend you go somewhere else.

I would have put zero stars if I could. I was 2 hours away from home and got a flat tire. I went in to this location at 7:40 (they close at 8) they told me they couldnt fix it. That it was too late and they would not have enough time. And said the techs and mechanics were too busy to get it done. We could see the mechanics in the back just sitting down. They refused to help us with an emergency flat repair. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone needing emergency services even remotely close to their closing time.

Customer service is ok. But they take forevvvvveeerrrr! To check you in just to get you car servised. I went there to get an oil change and I had to wait in line just for them to check my car and I was in line for at least 30 minutes until they finally checked me in. In 30 minutes my oil change could have been done already. Then once they checked me in they told me the wait was an hour and a half so more. I left and went to Midas across the street they took me in right away and I was out in 20 minutes.

I went in here expecting good service but they really dont have it. I was in to ask for an injector I needed but I was waiting 15 min and not even a Hello in the house. The guy in the parts counter was busy trying to up sell parts to a guy so he didnt even bother. I guess if u already have a fish in the line why look around. As I walked out the guy in the cashier stand was on his phone he didnt even look up either. Simple courtesy is out the door and so am I!
