I usually dont write reviews but what happened to me could save someone a lot of trouble. I fully regret giving my business to this place 2yrs ago!!My issue is that this company kept my bank information & decided to start charging my account again this yr, when i had canceled last yr. So I called & asked to speak with Chip the manager who said would take care of it & failed to do so. First they drafted a monthly payment, the next charge was for "renewing my membership" with 0 contact to advice if I wanted to proceed. When i attempted to resolve this issue my call was taken my manager Raul, he was rude over the phone & helped me with nothing he basically said that on his system he showed i was still a member & that they wouldnt be able to refund my $ & that if he wanted he could make me drive to them to cancel my membership! 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I guess its true what ppl say u get what u pay for cheap membership= cheap customer service. And up to this day the manager Chip who originally signed me up still hasnt called me back. I do NOT RECOMMEND Cruch at all! Unless u want to give free $ away!

I give this workout gym 5 stars cause i walk to this place its only 5min i started exercising since last week nd this is my second week nd i only walk from home up to the outside of this gym everyday since i started exercising but i didnt go inside, like i want too but im shy to go ask the workers inside if they allow me, like im not citizen im polynesian, im from the island Tonga nd i just came here for a visit we just moved here to our new home for 2 weeks now we first lived in paramount..nways i want to started exercising in this gym but can someone working here plzz help me. am i allow to exercise in your gym? Since im not a citizen here Nd how much should i pay a month?

For $10/month this gym is fine. I love how the treadmills and all cardio equipment are placed at the far end by the lockers/restrooms. For someone like me who is shy and intimidated its a perfect spot to do cardio. The place is always clean and a.c. is nice and cool. During peak times its hard to get workout done due to all equipment being used but I recommend avoiding those times; 5-7. Ive never had a problem with anyone here. All workers and other gym goers are friendly. I always receive a greeting and farewell when at the door by staff.

Good size. Good customer service. Good environment. Nice and clean. My only issue is not always getting easy, or ANY, access to the machines or weight stations due to it being so crowded yet compact, but that can be easily solved by avoiding the gym right after people get off work, and the like. All in all, its a great place to get your sweat on. People should understand its a gym, not a country club - it is NOT for socializing. If you MUST socialize, do it while on the treadmill, or stationery bikes, or better yet - the stairmaster. ✌

Trainer Luis Ortuno is the best in the business. He helped me get in incredible shape quickly after doing nothing for 15 years, Hes really motivatiinal and experinced. I feel better than ever. Highly recommend him if you want a trainer. It is a great gym, never had a problem with payments like some other reviews. Just have it bill your credit card and you will never have an issue. I had to freeze my membership for a month after a motorcycle road racing accident and it was easy, didnt even have to call anyone. The management is good.

Worst gym Ive ever joined too small always crowded. Staff needs CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! red haired idiot needs to be fired he is rude and no customer service skills. Tried to get my money back but no way to. Was not explained verbally that I was getting into a 12 month contract. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM ! It is worth paying the extra money for 24 hour fitness or another LEGIT gym which I did.With the way they run it they are looking to be sued.

So far So good! The Zumba classes and Instructors are amazing! The gym is clean and the staff is very nice. Chip was very helpful, but my only advice to him is... smile more, life is to beautiful and short to be grumpy, ha! ;-) Jason was awesome! he helped me with my membership sign up, and gave me a great deal. I couldnt have asked for more, thank you Jason. Everyone was great! Thanks guys!

It is a good gym. I will give them new stars when they bring back their Thursday yoga class and if they ever change the North Riverside to either correct city, Jurupa Valley, or to the former name of the area to the east of their gym, West Riverside.

Steals money from you. You can NOT get your money back at all no matter what you do. The manager George sucks ass. As well says he gives you the money back than NEVER does HR does nothing as well. They are looking to be sued.

I just signed up with them, and went for the first time , and the restrooms could be cleaner , and its kind of stuffy in this gym. Ill update my review as I keep going. Thats just my first impression.

Over Crowded and some machines look like they havent been cleaned , place needs to invest in a bigger location. Had to cancel my membership after a week, just not enough space to workout comfortably.

Close to my house, offers a variety of classes and schedules, has tanning booth and hydro massage. Cant beat the price!!!Only complain is that it can get crowded and sometime warm inside.

A nice gym well worth your time for $9 a month. Great value. Ive been going since crunch opened this location. Large parking lot and plenty of food shops in the surrounding area.
