I was getting ready to start a class in 5 minutes and had set my stuff down and was going to go use the restroom and Taylor one of the personal trainers said "really you have to be right next to us, I cant beleive you old ladies you have to have your spot" - all he would have had to do was ask me if I could have moved over or even better he could have moved - I was not even near his client - what ever happened to customer service.

I hate this gym but I still continue to go because its convienient because its close to my home. The cardio machines are always broken.the staff is rude and unprofessional. I hear then talk about other guests all the time. Watch out for the hidden fees! Over all I hate this gym I wish it wasnt close to my house and cheap. If there was a planet fitness in rocklin I would much rather go there.

I was misinformed by an employee that my account could be cancelled over the phone. Several months went by and I got a call saying I owed $100. The employee lied to me and it cost me money. The managers refused to recognize the possibility of one of their employees being misinformed and wouldnt undo the charges. Be careful when you close down the account and get everything in writing.

I have been going here since March 19 2016. The employees are great and help me without any problems. I ask questions and they help me threw it. $10 a month is a steal for all the great equipment and the times open are a perfect fit for anyone. The mens locker rooms are clean and well maintain. Overall a great place to work out.

Affordable gym with up-to-date equipment and a fairly diverse class list. They killed off the lunch TRX class that I used to go to every week, which was a big bummer. But the machine circuit is good and they have a fairly extensive free weight area also. For as low a $10 per month, cant really go wrong.

Never had any problems in the last year as a member. Clean weights, bathrooms, and machines. Havent ever seen something broken for more than a couple days. All around positive atmosphere. Although, I wished they were open longer on weekends and it does tend to get a little cramped during rush hour.

all the negative nancys on here go somewhere else.. I pay 10 buck a month and have all the equipment I need. It is clean, and up to date equipment also might I add. From what I have seen, when a machine (or the padding) is broken, it is quickly fixed. And no their employees are not mean.. thats BS

Ive been a crunch member for almost a year and my home gym is Howe ave. I just so happen to be in the area. So I decided to check it out. This is by far the worse location that I have been to, a lot of the machines were either broken or on the verge of breaking. I will not be coming back.

Pretty solid place. I havent experienced what the people wrote about in the comments below, they are probably just cranky. Overall I like it, plenty of machines and Crunch doesnt gouge you on the membership prices.

Although Im still a member, I wish Fitness 19 was still in business across the street & or a 24-Hour was nearby. The same machines have been down for MONTHS & never do I see technicians working on repairing them.

Ive been a member for a few months now and work out 6 days a week and love it! Does get pretty busy on Mondays but I have still managed to get the machines I like to use when I am ready to use them. :)

Its a small gym, but totally suits my needs. I love the bootcamp-style classes that are 30 minutes and quick so I can still do my own cardio beforehand. For the price, you really cant beat it.

Gym is amazing! The equipment is clean, very affordable, classes were great and for the great price your paying for what your getting its way more than just a bargain. Its a steal of a deal!

Crunch was find when first open. Now it is too crowded. Great cardio machines. The free weights are nice too. The weight machines feel cheap. Too many young punks go there.

I have been going here over a week and its well worth the $10 a month I pay. Sure, it wont have everything Lifetime Fitness has, but its 10% of the cost.

Good price but for the love of God fix your machines already and turn on the ac no reason it should be 80+ degrees all the time

For what you pay, it is a great deal. Staff could definitely smile more. GM does not set a good example for that though. :-/
