Love this gym! Have been a member here for over 20 years. Have seen it change hands in ownership a couple of times but overall have had a good experience there. Like that they have a lot of free weights as I try to use free weights a majority of the time. Obviously, there are certain exercises and times where you have to use machines and they have a great variety of machines at your disposal. My only complaints are that sometimes I wish it was open 24hrs and I wish there was a pool.

Really cool Gym, With the right equipment to develop your fisique, is never too full even in the toughest hour, and you dont have to be running from one side to the other to do a circuit or super set. The staff does a great job keeping it clean, and they have a really good smoothie bar, with a great selection. I have been a Member since 2011, and there is not even the consideration of swapping gyms.
