I drove all the way from San Jose to take one of kennys bootcamp classes. And it was totally worth it!!! Not only did I get a great workout in but kenny rocks! He welcomes new guests and is super friendly, fun and enthusiastic. Music is on point during your bootcamp as well. front desk gal is awesome as well. Highly recommend this place

Exactly what I was looking for to get in better shape. I didnt want to get lost in a big gym and eventually quit. I have been going now for about 3 months and because of Kenny and his great attitude as well as the other members I will continue to go. I have lost around 25 pounds and feel much stronger.
