Ok, like most people, I dont usually take the time to write reviews. Theres usually not much good to write with the lack of customer service typically given so often these days. However, my wife and I just had the best experience with Edwards Collision. They went above and beyond on so many levels. They were creative to get us the best repairs at the best price possible. Dealt with both our insurance and rental car providers to have everything exceptionally seamless and ready to go. They fixed another small repair on our car without even charging additional. We had a rental car at the shop when we got there and left the rental there when we picked up our car at the end, with only one page to sign. They kept us informed along the way and had our car fixed two days early. The local competition who we first looked into was booked out over a month and a half. Edwards took us the first day. When we picked up the car, it was washed inside and out. These guys get the full five stars and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow! Thoroughly impressed with the customer service, follow through and willingness to not be a stooge to the insurance companies. Joe was incredibly professional yet friendly, realistic and optimistic. All in all the the Wolnick family runs a tight ship and it shows. I would highly recommend. By the way, I have not even gotten my car back yet...If something is wrong with the repair, I will come back in and edit my review.

OK So I have dealt with A LOT of body shops over the years and Edwards BY FAR has been the most expert, honest, comprehensive and affordable I have EVER been to. No only did they do a amazing job on my 2012 E350 I asked Joe for a couple of referrals and both of them have turned out to be exceptional! If you are within a 50 mile radius it will be worth the drive to see Joe at Edwards.

They actually sent me pictures of the damage while they were taking the car apart verifying all the damage that was done in the accident....Never had an experience like this before with up to date communication from a body shop!
