Lavar Ball

Glass repair was very shaken, glass still all in my car and not detailed whatsoever. They spilled some oil like substance in my back cupholder.. I was told itd be ready on a Friday.. and then pushed to Monday, and then pushed to Tuesday, and now its Wednesday, got there, and thats how my car was (above). Very bad way to do business.. nice people tho. Lock on my door was just fine before I took it there too. And now its not going down all the way when locked. DOUBLE CHECK PEOPLE.

My back bumper and right corner of my car were damaged in an accident. The people at Fix Auto in Sacramento were friendly when I came in, and they informed me about the process of fixing my car before I left it with them. The important part though was that my car was fixed and it looked as good as when I bought it. I Would definitely use them again if I need to get my car fixed.

I had a really bad experience here. The repair for one small dent took 11 days instead of the quoted 4. There was no communication unless I called. The repair left 2 new dent marks on the frame, and I am pretty sure some items were stolen from my car. Very disaapointing and too frustrated to ever bring my car back here.

Picked up my truck today after only being there a few days and it looks great! I thought it would be there a lot longer and was skeptical when I dropped it off but WOW they did an amazing job. Cant tell it was ever damaged. Hope I never need another body shop but if I do this ones my choice

Owner stood me up and could have cared less. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning (theyre open 8-10a supposedly), but when I arrived they were closed. I called them on Monday, confirmed my appointment, and was told the owner closed up shop and left early. Wow, must be nice...

They were great. Fix Auto Sacramento was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole "I wrecked my car" process. Even though I have State Farm and State Farm recommended another shop, I chose them and am happy I did.
