AAA recommended this repair shop for my car since it was within the network. I took my car for estimate and they took few pictures and told me to bring the car when Im ready.So we scheduled the date for me to drop off the car. They did not provide an estimate to my confusion on that day. Anyways, few days later the AAA rep contacted me about the repair shop and I told them the situation so they did three way phone call with the repair shop. They explained theyll provide a estimate once theyll remove the parts and etc. Anyways, I was little hestitant about this place. But when I dropped off my car, they gave me upfront estimate cost without taking out the parts and informed once they remove the parts, the cost might change. Which is reasonable but its weird they did not provide the estimate when I went the first time. And they informed theyll keep me updated about the car. Within a week, they called informing the car was done. That was pretty fast. I was happy with the service but not happy the fact they said, theyll call me ahead to give me status on the car but they didnt. I did a full tank on the rental car when the rental company gave only half tank. If they would have called a head of time, I would not have done full tank the day before.Besides that, Elvin the collison rep was very helpful and did the paperwork efficently. And I was happy they were fast with their service.
