At first i thought the place was excellent, they were calling every week for updates, but then at the end things that they could not fix also issues that are associated with the accident are left unresolved .. they call the insurance and tell them that these issues are a pre existing condition and the insurance does not want to cover them . Please be aware , i have had both my cars fixed there and they have both came back with issues at the end and the bodyshop doesnt want to be responsible or simply fix the cars.

This is the worst place ever i have been to. The owner had a very bad attitude. I dont know how come AAA is dealing with kinda inexperienced and uneducated people ... Once you try it you will know it... -0 rated

Had both of my cars repaired here. Customer Service is excellent. Quality work too. When given a choice by AAA between them and another well known Bay Area chain, I chose them.
