Dropped off our truck that had a dent and a graze down the back side of it. Went to pick it up after being called that it was done after 4 Days, showed up and there was compound still left on the truck, white flecks of paint, and felt as if it were a rushed job. We asked why it was signed off if the job clearly wasnt done, to which the Owner remarked "Everybody makes mistakes, you arent perfect. I signed off on this and it looked fine", and rudely told us to come back tomorrow. We asked if we could have a discount, seeing as how we were treated so poorly and almost paid for a botched job, to which the Owner snapped back "No. Ive already given you one". Said discount was given because we paid in cash and was decided when we first dropped it off. If they make mistakes and sign off on them, they should not be in this business. I will never return to this store, and recommend others to stay well away.

I can not say enough great things about Allen and Tim. They are both very helpful and make sure the job gets done right, even when sometimes its not their faults! I was part of a hit and run couple that with limited funds and paying out of pocket they did their best considering the circumstances. I brought them a fender and bumper to paint, they did the match and code look up and then painted the pieces for me. When I put the pieces back on my car the hue was slightly off. I contacted them about my issue and they quickly got my car back in the shop to fix the problem. With the pieces on the car they were able to match the paint perfectly! I fell in love with my car again and they had a lot to do with it!

Had them put a spoiler on my car and paint it... worst idea ever, it came out a different shade of red that was obvious, they put wood screws and a bolt to hold it on, all of which besides the bolt fell out of the spoiler... Then I was sent to a different maaco in Rancho where they did me a solid and just charged another 100 to repaint it, and use the same bad screws... they would not issue a refund for any of the horrible work they did and while speaking to the "friendly tim" he said they arent refunding anything and hung up. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please dont ever go to this place.

The Maaco guys at the Maaco on Riverside Ave. in Roseville, CA are quick, knowledgeable, professional, very honest and most of all very friendly. I have been going to this place for over 8 years with all of my different trucks and their paint job needs. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs an affordable paint job and wants there vehicle looking new.

Excellent job on a black GMC pickup. Remember, it takes a week for the Paint to smooth out. After two months and a wax job we were even more impressed. Good service, just remove your own accessories. The bed rails on our truck were different than normal and the clips got broken in removing them.

I really appreciate Maaco, they did a great job on fixing our SUV the was severly damaged in a hit and run. Tim and his team really went above and beyond to make a difficult situation more pleasant. I would highly recommend this shop for any auto body needs you might have!

Tim and staff went above and beyond to fix our 2000 Lexus SUV. He worked with the insurance agent and kept our out of pocket costs as low as possible. Car came back clean with matching pearl white metallic paint. Couldnt be happier with the serivce!
