Do not go here. I got my car back with an extra crack in the bumper that was not there when I dropped it off. My car randomly shut my engine off 3 times due to engine malfunction while driving. Extremely dangerous. I took it back to these clowns and they denied any wrong doing yet were so gracious enough to fix it free of charge. Ridiculous. The staff are entirely unprofessional and childish. Staff that had nothing to do with my claim or car thought it appropriate to chime in sarcastically their thoughts on what caused my extra bumper damage. The guy I was working with on my initial repair attempted to prove that my bumper was damaged prior to coming in by showing a blurry grainy picture that included some white mark on my bumper that was probably taken after they damaged it. I think they assumed I didnt have my own photos to back up my claim. No one apologized for any of the damages and they all acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing their mistakes. They attempted to have me sign off on the extra repairs to be billed to my insurance as part of the original repair/claim. Dont go here, they are shady. And will assume they can pull a fast one on you. If you have done business with these people I strongly suggest having your car checked by your dealer.

Very simple review, we told them when we came in prior to work beginning that a 3rd party was going to pay for the work and damage being repaired on our auto, in fact, we told them that 3 times and confirmed it would be ok. They said yes, no problem. Well..... our car was ready today and guess what, no 3rd party payments. What? I asked to speak to a manager, who said the same thing. I asked why they told me they would accept payment from the person who caused the damage in the first place, and they said that we should not have been told that. I said great, how do I get my car now that youve said you would accept it, now you get to hold me hostage until we get a check, await clearing, and then pay you directly, another week without a car? What a jerk move from a manager of all people. Someone at corporate please demote this guy, causing you problems. Sad to lie and prey on people that way. We would have never left our car if we knew this in advance and you know it, that is why we confirmed with your office on 3 occasions.

Bad manager and bad staff. My car has been in for 4 months and it is still not finished. Every time they give me a deadline, at the end of the day, when I call to pick my car up, they give me the run around and tell me it wont be ready till tomorrow. Happened 4 times. Today Im suppose to pick my car up and Im almost certain they will tell me it wont be ready till tomorrow. Way to make a customer happy.... Thanks guys!!!

They started out great with a repair only supposed to last 3 weeks... its been over a month now and every phone call from them is another disappointment. The excuses are lame and the service isnt that great either. I recommend Cooks Collision, theyre right next door

I take my car there to fix it they never fix it right still not fixed they switch my seats for old ones they switch my carpet. They steal my floor mats very bad experience I didnt even want to go back so they can fix it.
