I lost my car keys the 2nd day of moving into my new place...Redwood Lock came out the same day and made my new keys..Jason Scott was exceptional, very professional, and knows his stuff!! He went above and beyond the call of duty, explained everything as he went along and gave me very helpful information so that this wont happen again. Dont bother calling anyone else, these guys are the real deal. Excellent in every way!! I cant recommend them highly enough!!

These guys are the ultimate professionals. I had not thought much about locksmiths until I had a problem with my steering column on my Toyota. I thought I would have to do some very expensive repairs. I took the car in to Redwood and they diagnosed the issue, got me going again quickly, saved me a ton of money, and made me laugh to boot! I would give these guys 10 stars if it was an option. So nice in this day and age to encounter real masters of a craft.

My key was so old, when I came in to Redwood Lock, they told me that they wanted to add my key to their wall of shame for their worst keys. It was bad. But they made me a new key that works perfectly in under 1/2 an hour and for waaaay less than I was expecting. Great service and super friendly. Several people referred me to them and I am happy they did. They also have one of the CUTEST dogs that hangs out at the shop. Id come back just for him!!

They will come to you during later hours (Im always working). I was a pain and didnt mention that the trunk and driver locks are different, even though he asked. He was very nice and came back to finish it the next day (because it was getting dark, and I didnt tell him all the issues). Great service over the phone and in person, exceptionally friendly (and funny!) and got the job done! The prices were better than I expected. Thanks guys!

Very friendly and knowledgable!!!! about their business. The owner went out of her way to make sure I would get a quality cut for my really expensive key (darn those Volvos!). Their prices are quite reasonable, especially for something that is not run of the mill. Nothing more frustrating than to get a key that "works" sometimes.

Best service ever. lost my only car key on a beach and called them, they gave me specific instructions over the phone to find the factory code, so I could bring it to them, (they really know their business!) they remade the key while I waited, and were super friendly. Dont bother going anywhere else.

The guy working, Jason, was awesome. He came at 10:30 at night and even spotted us a couple extra keys. Gave us insight on how to save money, and was really fast and professional (pretty cool guy too). Anyways its worth it to call, they do the job right. Got here fast too.
