I called for Service and a woman answered the phone. She didnt even answer with a greeting she answered the phone, "LOCKSMITH." I said Hi, and told her who I was." She then stated, "Hi, So and So, How you doing," Then hung up on me. So I called back and mentioned the hang up, she then stated, " I wouldnt hang up, it was probably you!" I then stated to her I needed service on a commercial building and she said, "Lady if you do billing, we wont work with you." I said, "Okay, Thank You." I have never been spoken to by someone so rude from a business. Someone needs FIRED!

I am totally happy with Having been a part of this Community from 1997-2015 as your Locksmith. I have been travelling 40 miles one way to continue to serve you this past year. I am now announcing that Thursday February 19 is my last official full day. Friday Morning I am turning the keys over to Chris Cook a very capable locksmith .
