Upon returning to my vehicle following a Doctors visit, I realized I had locked my car keys inside my car. I tried to remember the name of the Company that had retrieved my house keys from my former vehicle, and had done an absolutely Wonderful job installing a deadbolt in my home. Finally it came to me, Beacon! I called and Wylie came to my rescue again. Thank You Beacon for youre courteous service, quality work and for being Real Human Beings! A+

Tried to call another "Locksmith" listed on Wollochet drive but they did not service my area? I live in Lakebay. I then called a highly rated Gig Harbor company but he was on another job and could not get out right away. He was polite and referred me here but I did have to wait a while for these guys to respond. Its better than not getting in my house I guess. I would have given a higher rating but I did have to wait a while.

Went here to have a car key made, I was referred by another company who was mobile only. The woman there could not do the key and asked if I could come back later so her husband could copy it. It was frustrating, but I came back later and he made it. I would have rated it higher but I did have to come back. Nice people tho.

I love this place! They are a bit on the disorganized side, but for me, that adds to the experience. I find their dynamic delightful and entertaining, not quite sure why. Maybe its bc stepping into their shop feels a bit like stepping back in time. Ive used them twice and been very satisfied with their work.

Very unhappy with this company. They told me one price then charged me a lot more for the work. I dont make much money and only hired them because they quoted me such a low price. I had to borrow money from my Dad just to pay the bill and he wanted cash. Terrible.
