I called to see if he did new keys for my car because we lost our keys. He said he was too busy and did not want to do this job because of the car I have. Its a very easy and cheap car. He asked me to call someone else. I dont know if he just wants to do work inside his office or if he just thought my need was insignificant. I dont know. If you can bring your needs to him, maybe hes a good source. Not if you need someone to come to you though.

After some conversation with the owner of business. I found out he is a lifelong local from the Milwaukie area. I prefer to keep my money in my community when ever possible. I had my whole house and two vehicles rekeyed. They gave me a max cost bid for the work. Somthing i couldnt get anyone else to do. When the job was completed the bill was $40.00 less then the bid. Very professional from the inital call to completion of the job.

This was a great company. The guy that runs the place is quick. The only thing that I would recomend is that you check your keys carefully before you leave. My first set of keys that I had made there made with the wrong key so it did not work. He made me new ones when I took the keys back in for no charge but didnt offer a refund or try to make up for the mistake. Still a decent business.

The employee seemed inconvenienced to get out of his chair to service us. Paid with a credit card, he tossed the pen at me to sign then flicked the receipt at me. Very rude demeanor. Will NOT be back.
