AVOID!!!! Dan may have been in the locksmith business for 40 years (a fact he yelled at me as I was leaving) but he has ZERO customer service skills. Instead of explaining to me why I might be having a problem with my lock he just handed it back and said its not broken. I am admittedly no expert but when you put your key in the lock and it doesnt open then there is a problem. I was there for help and answers and I was met with rude and unhelpful service. The shop and the owner are a disaster and lack professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews and avoided it!

After a terrible experience googling a locksmith, who was at my house for 4 hours trying to rekey the house and whose ultimate solution was for me to buy all new hardware. Not only that but he tried to invoice me!! Anyhow DR Davis came out that same day and took care of rekeying my entire house. They were great to work with and would recommend

Had a great experience at Dr. Davis today, they helped me get my cars new ignition cylinder recoded to fit my old key. The whole process took less than half an hour, super easy and convenient. Very happy I was able to pick up the new part and get it matched to my keys all in one day, and my car is starting just fine now! Thanks guys

Treated my wife like she was bothering them by calling and asking to have work done and then the work they did they rendered prior to quoting and drilled into our lock prior to communicating the price, which turned out to be about 3X more than it would have been to have it taken care of by someone else.

DR Davis is awsome! I had a problem with my key starting my care and they fixed quickly and for a very reasonable cost. I had seen several mechanics who were unable to resolve my problem. Additionally, DR Davis cuts all my keys and the new key works every time - unlike the keys cut by retailers!

Not helpful whatsoever. They claim to work with key fobs, but then refused to help after keeping me waiting more than 20 minutes. Said they wanted to help other customers first. A real mistake walking into this place.
