Nott Happening

The problem is Michael Forbragg the owner is an arrogant ass- read his body language but look into his eyes. If you meet his wife, notice her posture as its not that of a happy woman. Michael Forbragg is hypocritical in that his Senior Locksmith, Harry Boyd gets free health care benefits from his Navy retirement. He gets free health care from his wifes service working for the Washington State government. The reason why he has such a high turnover rate of employees is he has consistently refused to provide them with basic health care insurance, a 401(K) retirement, etc. Now that Forbragg is over 75 hes stuck with a company that nobody will buy- theres $55,000 worth of keyblanks on the wall, with key machines that are worn out and never upgraded. But to be fair, at least its not Kings Locksmithing which is so professional the owner collects "Hot Wheel" cars and the dashboard of his van is covered with them.

Not very often that I need a lock smith but knowing I have an awesome one right down the road is comforting. My wife took our truck in the other day because since weve had it the tail-gate lock has never worked (bought it used) and she asked Mike to fix it. He told her that the ignition key should work and to simply spray a little WD-40 into the lock and run the key back and forth a few times and if that didnt work to come see him again. Well, she did as instructed and bingo! lock works again. Now this may not sound all that awesome but what gets me is his integrity. He could have charged her to change out the lock or even worse, had her bring it in to be fixed, charge her for a new lock and do the WD-40 trick. Like I said, I dont need him very often but with all the crooked businesses out there its nice to find an honest once now and again especially one Im going to trust my locks with.

I wish I could give Anytime Lock & Safe more stars.. I called up on the phone, and spoke with Matt, he asked me if I could get what kind of locks I had, and since I did not know the brand, had me look up the key codes on the keys, which helped make sure the truck had the right supplies on it for the service call. The owner showed up in a sweet yellow van, and introduced himself. He has run this business for 40 years, and I can tell why.. He provided great customer service, and was able to do what I needed to. He was there when he said he was going to, and got me all set up. He was able to identify the type/brand of key just by barley glancing at it.. He certainly has the industry knowledge, and skills.. I cant say enough things about the good experience I had. I highly recommend Anytime Lock & Safe for anyone who needs a great locksmith.

I cant even describe how grateful I am to this company. I was getting out of my car today and most have hit the lock button while shutting the door, and subsequently locked my son in the car. Harry showed up within minutes of me calling, calmed me down, and unlocked my car quickly and professionally. I would have paid him anything for what he did, but he said he wont charge for getting a baby out of a car. That man renewed my faith in humanity and I will call him anytime I need anything in the future. This is truly a company that cares.

I am not a frequent giver of poor reviews, however, I have to say that for a company that has ANYTIME in their name...to only have one driver who is nightblind available on a Saturday night, and unable to drive after sunset...is kind of unsettling. You should either change your name to Some of the Time, or get someone who can drive after dark...

Needed a new coded lock installation and a new deadbolt. He arrived on time, was familiar with the lock, and got the job done quickly and to HIS satisfaction (I thought it was fine, but he made a few adjustments that DID improve the seating of the door). I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone in need of these types of services.
