My husband and I were on our way from Seattle to Portland with our travel trailer when our tow vehicle broke down. Black Lake Towing arrived quickly and both Brandon and his truck were immaculate. Not only did he quickly get us off I5, but he then became our hero! We were assured over the phone by our Roadside Assistance company that a repair shop in Lacy would take a look at our tow vehicle. When we arrived at the shop they changed their tune and decided their schedule was full and it would need to wait for 4 days!!! Brandon (our tow truck hero) quickly assured us that there were other repair places in town and began to personally call around. Our Roadside Assistance company refused to pay for a second tow...but Brandon came through again and towed us for a low rate to a second repair shop. On top of that, he personally called another business in town close to the second repair shop where he made arrangements to drop our travel trailer including an overnight stay if needed. Brandon, the tow truck hero, wasnt done. He stayed for over an hour at the second repair shop to make sure our needs were being meet. It is because of Brandon from Black Lake Towing that we were back on the road in under 4 hours!!! He is our HERO!!! Truly, he took customer service to an entirely new level and we are forever grateful!

My wife and I were on our way back from a soccer tourney in portland on sunday when we needed a tow. We have AAA but all the AAA tows wouldnt take us all the way home (everett). They were all too busy. AAA called us and told us they have 3 companies that werent AAA but they would pay us back for the tow. Called the first and second and both sounded gruff on the phone. Both were 1- 1 1/2 hours out. AAA had pre called all 3 to see if they could take us and told us the wait times. Brandon, the owner of Black Lake Towing, called us right after we called the 2nd tow just to let us know that he could be there in an hour. He also said the other companies were very good companies but he was there if we needed him. He is a one man show and was busy himself. Something said go with this guy and we are glad we did. He was very professional and had an extremely clean truck and operation. Brandon was easy to talk to and made the ride a joy. While we still have to get the car fixed he made the tow part easy. Thank you Brandon and while we hope we never have to use you again, we will only use you in the future if were down around the Olympia area. Matt

While I havent had to have any of my vehicles towed (knock on wood), I know for a fact that Black Lake Towing is who Id use. I had a Diesel Sled Pulling competition in Montana that I drove to and I talked to Brandon about IF I broke..he better be ready to come get me haha...his response?? "We will figure it out, dont worry." Love it!

When other towing companies refused to come get me deep in the mountains on a weekend night in the snow, these guys didnt let me down. I didnt have to freeze the night out, thanks to them. And they didnt even charge exorbitant rates, and made sure I got out safely. Phenomenal service!

They got me out of one of the worst situations ever, stuck in ice on a mountain in a mini van. Brandon, to be specific, was more than amazing. Super patient and handled the situation extremely well. I was definitely impressed and definitely recommend them.

Car broke down and they were there in under 15 min. Up front about pricing and though I didnt catch their names both gentleman were profession and amiable. Hope I never have to, but if I need to, I would definitely use their service again.
