The service was very unprofessional. My wife was quoted $2.50 for a key, my wife gave them a 5 digit code witch tells them the depth of each pin. The gentlemen should have said it would be more for this key when she gave him the code. We usually use Advantage Lock and Key but he was out of his office this day. He also charges $2.50 to cut a key from code. So when I arrive to pick up and purchase this key they tried to charge me $16 plus tax. When I told them what we was quoted and asked to speak with that person, The man behind the counter said we was gone and thats not what the price for a key cut from code. I attempted to hand back the key and said I was not paying that price. The man got upset and started cursing with anger. Defiantly not how to treat a customer or the situation. I would never recommend anyone to use this place!!!! Call Advantage Lock and Key

Trying to have our door lock fixed for over a month. Actually going on to about month 3 now of it being broke and about two months since first contacting Always. They arent responsive and seem to care a less about the safety of their customers. I am so highly dissapointed this has turned out so bad because they were super helpful in their store. They just cant get it together. very unprofessional

Broke a key off in my motorcycle saddlebag... took it to them (Mike, I believe) and in 15 minutes had the key out, new one(s) cut, and me back on the road. Excellent customer service and support. Totally helpful. Totally service oriented. Would/Will recommend them to anyone in Olympia/Lacey needing service.
