If you value professionalism and prompt service than I would stay clear of this company. The representative who serviced my home was extremely rude, disrespectful and disregarded my requests. I asked him specifically to only rekey the front and rear door, but he took the liberty to change my garage door without consent, and of course at my expense. When he was done with the locks he (couldnt believe it) threw the locks upstairs and said, " there you go". Horrible service from an individual who should not have a customer facing job. Horrible service!

Excellent service! Called after hours on 4th of July weekend and he was here and gone within an hour. Paid what was quoted on the phone with no funny business and vague cost estimates. Highly recommend and will use again!
