They went out of their way to help me. I had recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Spark 2014 and was told it didnt have a chip key. It later turned out that they key did have a transponder (which A 1 thought also) after a trip to Chevy and taking the back off the key. A 1 went out of their way to try to find a service key, burned a blank that fit inside the lock but wouldnt turn the lock when cut and got back to me within two hours of their inability of finding a service or transponder key. (Even Chevy has to special order the key, as I found out later) They were sympathetic to my issues, even in the pouring rain and were able to council me on prices of transponder keys and whether the dealership price was good or not. (For the record - I only got one key that the dealership did not think had a chip in it. Now they want at cost money to give me a spare key for a car that I gave them cash for.) I would recommend going here or calling for your lock needs. They work hard, respond quickly and if I ever need a challenging key cut or a lock open they would be my top choice.

Professional, friendly service at every turn. Whether in their shop or their mobile service vans, A-1 knows the business inside and out. As stated in another review - Dealerships send their customers to A-1 to have the work done right.
