I would like to start by thanking Alex for his amazing customer service and dedication! I contacted a locksmith dispatch and was luckily connected to him. He came promptly and began to work on my issue right away! It had actually just begun to rain heavily, and still he continued to work diligently. I had lost the only key to my vehicle, a Honda Prelude, and needed a new one to be cut and programmed. Every other locksmith I had called for a quote was throwing estimates nearly double what I ended up paying with B & B. He even offered me a great deal on a spare key, $50 as opposed to $158 +tax I was quoted at the dealership. He ran into a speed bump along the way, of no fault of his own, which did not deter him from completing the job. He actually drove around to find the part he needed, and came back sooner than expected to finish the job. He even threw in an extra spare key!! Thanks again Alex, I will definitely recommend you to anyone who requires amazing locksmith services at a great value!

Very professional and clean .arrived in a timely manner worked after hours . Was able to assess to fix my problems and make a key from scratch with the newest technology. Second experience first time It was with my 2012 Chrysler 300 with a chip in the key . Today it was my 93 Nissan. I would use them again ..thank you master locksmith pro Alex :)

I just used B&B Locksmith tonight. Alex showed up right on time and was friendly+ professional. He fixed my door lock in 15 minutes and then was on his way. Pretty much the perfect experience. He also tightened another lock free of charge. Very friendly and great service. I will be using Alex next time i need a Locksmith.
