I went in today to get a key made for my car, because I was having problem with turning the key in the ignition. The key was extremely worn down and they were unable to use it to make a new key. Within about twenty minutes they had all the information they needed and were able to create a brand new key from scratch for me. Not only were they very fast, but everyone in the shop was very friendly. They even gave me a piece of paper with the key information, in case I ever needed to get it rekeyed again. Fantastic group of people! I would recommend them to anyone with locksmith needs!

Excellent customer service. Went in to have a spare key cut for my Audi. They made their cuts but werent sure if it was gonna work, so they tried another key which again looked like it wasnt a match. So they gave it to me to take home and try without paying. Based on the honor system, if it didnt work they said I can come back and they will give me a new blank key to take elsewhere. If it works, I can come back and pay for their service. The keys worked, being a man of my word. Im going back today to pay it.

Needed a motorcycle key, they had 3 copies cut in about 20 min. for around $60 using the key code over the phone. Very nice, fast, great price and the only locksmith in the area i could find that could cut a motorcycle key off the key code. I checked about 8 other locksmiths and none could use the key code.

Called Concord Locksmith to handle an emergency lockout in our Concord office bathroom. Sam came out within a hour and fixed the problem. He replaced a broker part and had the bathroom door operating as normal. Thanks Sam - great customer service.
