Locked out of my truck at 7:30 Saturday morning, I felt bad calling someone, but had to do it. Johnny Locksmith came out within half an hour of my call, charging only $55. Unfortunately, I had figured out how to get into my truck right when he pulled up. When I insisted on paying him for coming out, he insisted on making me a specialty made, wallet sized spare key for free. He was cheerful, personable, and left me feeling better than when hed shown up. I think Ill lock my keys in again, my experience was so positive. 100% satisfaction, plus extra for the extra work he did.

Excellent customer service. I called Johnny to see if he could make spare keys for a luxury car thats nearly 3 decades old. He wasnt sure and asked me to text him a picture of the key, which I did. Within minutes, he texted me back indicating he had the necessary "blanks". I drove to his location, and within minutes he made 4 spare keys for a very reasonable price. Its 5:00 in the morning and my daughter ran to Walmart locked her keys inside. She called me because her husband called their insurance company but they couldnt send anyone until 9.
