About a month ago I called swanson & sons, Asked if they could cut a vw key if i ordered one online. They said they would need to see the key. I went down there the same day and showed them my key and they said "no problem, just bring it in when you get it. We cannot program it though, and itll be 20 bucks to cut it" I wasnt worried about the programming because i can do it myself with VCDS and VAG-COM. So i ordered the key and it came in the mail a few days ago. I took it down to them and a different guy said "they cannot cut a key that is not theirs, its against our policy" and that THEY would have to order a key then have it cut for me. They dont even cut VW keys at their location. He told me "He would have to call a guy that cuts high security keys, and that his price is about 45-50 dollars" But i would still have to order a key through them for him to cut it. So now im stuck with an uncut key i paid 50 bucks for to avoid paying the dealership 250+ dollars. and I left work early 2 days to make it to their shop before they closed. I am going to avoid this place at all costs now. Not only did they lie to me, they made me loose 50 bucks on a key that is now turning into a paper weight.

Showed up with a safe that we had lost a key to and their response was "What do you want from me". Then, after having to explain what was needed(should have been obvious), they said "Well we are closing in 6 minutes. Definitely not schooled in customer service and we will no longer use them. Why would anyone want to give them their money? Find someone who actually cares about and treats their customers with appreciation and respect.

Great service! 2 hours from home and wed locked ourselves out of our camping trailer. Called and within 30 minutes Ron arrived. Super friendly and efficient, he saved the day! He even offered to create a new key for us (wed have to go into town to do that, but still very helpful). Thank you Ron!

Great service! They fixed the jammed lock on my truck in less than an hour and made me a spare key at no extra charge so I wouldnt have to wait around.
