I accidentally called them looking for my normal local locksmith and they told me that they had taken over for this company. I found this to be unusual so I dug a little deeper and found out they lied to me and my normal locksmith was still in business. I contacted my normal locksmith and told him what had happened so he called them to see what was up. This company is NOT a local business, they have locations in Tacoma and Fife but try to convince you they are local. My normal locksmith told me that this company is setting up shell offices all over Puget Sound in order to get listed under Google, then they close up shop and set up somewhere else. The REAL name of this business is Puget Sound Locksmiths and they have a poor rating by the BBB. Beware, this is NOT a local company and they are using a false name.

I wrote them a negative review so they made a new listing. These people are dishonest and rude. The owner who answered the phone is very mean and rude. They told me that they were the only locksmiths in Gig Harbor, when in fact they are not. This company has locations in Fife as well as Tacoma and are NOT locally owned and operated. I accidentally called these guys while looking for my normal locksmith and they told me that they had gone out of business. I finally contacted my locksmith and told him what these people had said. Very unprofessional and extremely rude!

Two listings for the same business to hide customers reviews? Clearly something fishy is going on here. Not at all a decent company. Rude on the phone and unwilling to open my house because I lived over the Purdy bridge. I hired another locksmith who told me these guys have fake listings all over the NW. Why advertise in Gig Harbor (with an obviously fake name) if you dont even do work out here? Very poor business I would avoid them at all costs.

The man that answered the phone was terribly rude to me. I needed to know how much it would be to get back into my house in Lakebay. He said he didnt serve that area? They say they are in Gig Harbor but when I asked where he was he said he was out in Puyallup. I dont know what kind of scam they are running but he didnt need to be so rude on the phone. I ended up calling someone else instead.

I cannot recommend this business enough. Mark was prompt and professional. My mother had her hidden backyard (not hidden well!) stolen and he came right out and installed a new lock in the sliding glass door. He gave us peace of mind right away. I believe some of these other reviews are not legitimate...this company is friendly, reasonable and hard working. I highly recommend! Heidi

So happy with my service! My car was broken into and they stole my gas cap key, I couldnt get my car out of the parking lot I was in as I was on E and they came to my place and changed out the gas cap for me!! Saved the day!! And it didnt cost much at all! Will definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks again!!

Went by their store and it is never open. Called and got hold of a rude man named Mark who yelled at me on the phone. I have no idea what this is about, I only wanted a car key made. I went somewhere else.

True lifesavers, my mother and I actually got locked out of our car, they were able to rush over to us within 15 mins. Wonderful and kind worker, definitely will be calling them for future issues!
