I wish I could give this company 10 stars, because they are AMAZING. After my husband was stranded on a very unsafe road (on Thanksgiving) with our 36 trailer (which had lost a wheel), James Criswell from Northside Towing came to his rescue and truly went above and beyond the call of duty. He traveled all over town, with not many stores open, looking for a replacement tire. He and my husband worked together in the pouring rain and wind to replace the tire and get him on the road again. We are forever grateful for his amazing kindness, helpfulness, and overall service.

I locked my keys in the car and called Northside Towing for help. Chris was here in a matter of minutes and got right to work. My car locks were a challenge but Chris made quick work of what could have been a difficult situation. I feel foolish for not having a spare key (something Ill fix tomorrow) but I would not hesitate to call Northside Towing and Recovery again! Fast service, very reasonable prices, Im keeping their number handy!

We went off the road on Germantown because it was raining really hard and the car slid. nobody else would come and help us. James was quick to come out and got right down to business getting it out. nerve wrecking going over the edge but just as much seeing it come back up and hoping nothing bad would happen. he had skills and got the job done quickly for a fair price!

Came quickly to help me when I needed a tow, took care of everything with my insurance company, and brought an encouraging, positive attitude into a negative situation (car breaking down). Although you never want to have to tow your vehicle, I will utilize Northside again if I need a tow.
