So, I went to this gym for the first time, they offered me a "tour"...I agreed because I had never been to a 24 hour fitness. Along with my "tour" I was pretty much told I needed personal training. They had the fitness manager speak with me and the two guys together pushed the training and I was told I would most likely fail without it...and they talked about all the people they see going there that arent making any progress because they dont have personal training. I tried to say no MULTIPLE times, but they kept pushing...so when they said I had five days to cancel, I finally agreed to a small package. I went home and realized that their very expensive training wasnt within my budget and I called the next day to cancel (this was a Friday). I was told the one person that could do it wasnt available and he would be there tomorrow. I called the next day, he still wasnt there...I was told he would be available Monday. I called Monday, still not there...please note, every person I spoke with reiterated how I shouldnt cancel these and needed them. Instead of cancelling they wanted me to come in and "reassess" and find a package I might like better. I finally got a hold of the one person that could cancel the sessions on Tuesday, the very last day I had to cancel. As soon as he issued a refund, I called member services to cancel my overall membership. Of the $122 I paid, they would only refund $21 because I was now over my five day window to cancel...which I only waited for to be sure there wouldnt be any issues with the refund of the personal training. When I spoke to a supervisor to find out why I wouldnt also get a refund for my "last month dues" even though I had been to the gym only once and would never be going back, she told me I didnt have to go to that location, I can go to another gym...the next closest location is nearly an hour away!! *because I only have access to certain TYPES of their gyms...what an awful company to keep your money, even if the reason youre cancelling is due to how their employees treated you and made the environment unwelcoming. With so many gym options out there, I will never be a member of 24 hour fitness again!

Absolutely abysmal staff. Called up about buying a weekly pass since I was on vacation, sales staff had no clue what was going on. Said I could come in and get a 3 day pass for free. When I came in the next day, place looked terrible and the front sales area was trashed. Sales manager came out and said they wouldnt do the 3 day pass because were from out of town and how would that help their sales? Sales manager was extremely rude, and when I asked about the 7 day pass she stated it was $50 and Id probably be better off going somewhere else to get a cheaper membership. I asked if she knew why it was more than the monthly membership, and she stated probably corporate trying to keep people from getting the weekly membership so they feel pressured to get a monthly. This all seemed like an odd tactic for sales since I have 24 hour fitness all around me, and she never knows who could wind up liking the gym and signing up long term. This entire location is a waste of time if youre serious about working out, and seems to be very poorly kept up. Dont even bother stopping by.

Bad customer service! Ive been a member at 24 hour Fitness for years and until I dealt with management & trainers, I did not know they treat clients so bad & fail to deliver on their promises. Long story short, they scheduled me for few training sessions which got cancelled when I arrived (due to double booking), then I couldnt reach Matt to schedule one, nor would he call me back for a week. In the end, I decided not to deal with their personal training dept., its not worth paying money for. They are good in selling their services & collecting the money but when it comes to delivering good service, they fail miserably & leave an unpleasant impression. The gym overall is decent, should be cleaner but their focus is on selling personal training, not keeping the place clean, so that makes sense...

They are so funny and rude. When I called to cancel membership, I entered my account # & DOB thru their automatic answering system. Then, I said " Cancle" and was waiting for agent. But, I had to wait for somebodys answering FOREVER. So I called again and tried to enter my account # a couple of times but they said we cannot find your account #...???!!!..anyway again I waited for agent FOREVER.... So I changed my mind and called again to enter the NEW code "New membership". and then IMMEDIATELY and FINALLY I could be connected with agent!! Fortunately I could cancel my membership BUT after she said okay, canceled!, the telephone was suddenly cut off..

the gym itself is ok. Lots and lots of cardio machines. Weight rack is a weak spot since I find myself waiting for someone to return a weight I want to use all too often. They have exercise classes All The Time. Which is cool. But I like to use that dimly lit room for stretches therefore that hurts me. Pool and saunas are fine. But beware. That chlorine hits hard. Their staff however is absolutely amazing. I love this gym for their staff. Very friendly. They answer questions. Theyve even helped me locate exercise equipment I didnt know how to describe correctly. Good people.

Its an OK gym. Way too many seniors for me. I like the pool and sauna. what I hate is the hyper greedy corporate culture of 24hr. Years ago they wouldnt let my girlfriend in for a free day I had to give because she lived out of the distance radius. I lived right by her... yet I was a member. They wanted 15 bucks! So I left once my membership expired. Mow i come in recently to do the 3 day pass. Dont even bother. They send u to the sales desk and try to sell u. Salesman was garbage and he had no deals to offer, just bad vibes. Most people like to try gyms first before they commit.

I was accused of something I didnt do. They like to discriminate against Russian people in public. I was threatened and harassed! Quality of the stuff went from 4.5 to 1.00. They dont mind to put your reputation in front of a big crowd of people to show everyone who is in charge. I am a Member for 6+ years. This gym by far is the worst as of customer service and reputation. Stuff and management are not willing to work with you. I was REALLY Disappointed!

This gym sucks its always packed plus gym trainers are rude, the restrooms are grossly uncleaned and they do not in force people wiping off their sweat left behind on the equipment and to make matters worse if you like to workout lets say 7 p.m. and on you better keep a eye on your car because they have alot of theft in the parking lot everyday, take a look in the parking lot during the day time you will find alot of auto glass on the ground.
