The staff here was extremely rude, arrogant, and pushy. The sales lady acted as if they were the only Racquet club in the world. Got calls from one of the coaches threatening me and backtracking only when we asked to speak to his manager. You dont want to come here. Consider Arden Hills or Rollingwood for tennis and Family Fitness for an actual gym.Their facilities and equipment are average and can be found at most other gyms and clubs. 2 medium-sized pools. Worn-down furniture, the only redeeming part of the club is that they have a lot of tennis courts. Read my review on Yelp for further insight and a long story, its under Jerian Paxson. YOU DO NOT WANT TO COME HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The front desk woman mocked my sons stutter in front of all his tennis friends. We were members for over 10 years and we kept thinking they would get better and they only got worse. This is not a friendly, kind atmosphere whatsoever. We quit and enrolled at Rollingwood and it was like night and day. Rollingwood greets you with a hello and they check you in most of the time without your card. There is water on every court and the whole atmosphere is positive and cheerful.

We were going to continue our service longer to use the services provided, but the managers and a few of the staff were very rude and called you "irresponsible" and "not thinking right" when we tried to explain to them about payment issues. The staff at the front desk are friendly, but the ones in charge are mean and nasty. I dont think I will ever come back.

The members are really nice. The staff is wonderful. The equipment is brand new. Great place a to stop for a drink to meet tennis buddies.
