After visiting this gym for about 6 months they billed me randomly for an annual membership fee. I was unhappy with this as to my understanding that had been waived & it was pretty random to charge me after 6 months. Ready to leave this gym at that point the owner of this franchise and I chopped it up to a miscommunication. Later on I found out he was holding on to a sort of resentment when I had received a late fee for my monthly bill. Okay thats fine, I paid the late fee & asked if I could prepay a few months ahead so that this wouldnt happen again. He responded that the system wont let him do that. Well after this happened another time, I decided to call another local Crunch Fitness Franchise, asking if I could prepay a few months so that I dont get anymore late fees. It turns out the point of sale system which is used actually does have the capability for customers to pay ahead. The machines are nice & the location seems to be well funded, the customer service is a major downfall though. In addition to the owner, most of the staff often seem displaced and rude when I would walk in (a couple friendly people as well). Long story short, this gym is not for me or my family.

Definitely the worst gym Ive ever been to. Make no mistake - the facilities are clean, the equipment in good repair, and the people pleasant. Until you try and quit. On a month to month membership. My fiancé and I went in some months ago to cancel our membership due to a recent diagnosis I received. I would be extremely limited in my physical activity for an undetermined period of time, so a gym membership of any sort would be worthless. Now, almost five months later, we continued to be billed. We told them again, we cancelled our membership. Our bank even determined the charges to be fraudulent and reversed them. Then we were billed again. So we cancelled our bank cards. Now they call us AFTER 9 AT NIGHT! Trying to get us to pay. And they expect us to come in AGAIN to cancel the membership, when the closest facility to where we live now is over a half an hour drive away. When we had cancelled our membership as soon as we found out I needed to cut back on my physical activity for a while. Be VERY CAREFUL when you sign up with this gym. They will do everything in their power to rip you off if you try and cancel.

The manager was really rude to me in the morning once. Im not sure what that was all about. Maybe she isnt a morning person. But the place is really clean and has new equipment. But lastly, if you try and change what type of membership you have, like downgrade your membership in an effort to save money, they make you come down in person to sign paperwork. You cant do anything over the phone or internet, then they want to charge you $20 for the change. If youre going to nickel and dime me to death, maybe I should look for another gym. Like one of the 250 different gyms to choose from in Sacramento. Tell me why I should stay. Rude.

Great environment. Great price. The staff is always nice. It doesnt get too crowded. Easy to sign up and easy to cancel. The only downside to this gym is the lack of squat racks. There is only 1 open squat rack. It gets really frustrating when someone decides to do curls, shrugs, or generally takes a long time doing squats on the only rack. I wish people were more open to the concept of "working in" with each other. I have been to the 2 other Crunch Fitness in the Sacramento area. This is the best one.

Its clean and not super crowded, equipment is new and staff is nice. Its no high end gym but perfect if your looking for your free weights/machines away from home. Annual fees come with almost every gym membership, so get over it. Worth the competitive pricing because most gyms this size hand out week passes like free candy, causing the flow of traffic to be ridiculous at times. You will not run into that problem here. Only 4 stars because its just not a 5 star gym. I dont wanna pay for 5 stars.

Stingy. Went there to get some merch that they said i could have via promotional offer in mail. But when I got there they made something about me first having to sign up without it saying that on the brochure. The workers werent even nice about it. All four of them just kind of stared at me with a demeaning look on their face. They just wanted my money first instead of being nice and me coming to them. Very stingy operation and the employees are rude.

There are plenty of cardio machines and they are in good condition. Free weights and weight machines are a little more congested and more often then not you have to wait for them, but they are in good condition as well. The gym is clean and has good class options. Good price as well!

The way they do business is backhanded and shady the gym is small and their upsell tactics are tacky not to mention their costumer service is so pathetic it annoys me to call it that theyre rude and stuck up Ill never go back.

Love this gym and its location. The staff are very friendly and helpful and all the members are cool too. I feel very comfortable working out. Best decision Ive ever made for a gym membership.

I like this place better than the Howe location. Its bigger and cleaner. Also, the people who work out here are more respectful as are the employees.

Im usually able to use the equipment I need during peak hours. The gym is clean. Not sure they monitor what channels their tvs are on though.

The hours of operation are incorrect on Google. The hours of operation are 7 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am - 6 pm Saturday - Sunday.

Decent medium sized gym. It doesnt get too crowded unless you sing up around new years. The equipment is in good shape and its cheap.
