On Sept. 8th 2014 my friend and I ordered a to go order online. It came out to 20.05 and said the wait was an hour and a half! We order anyway and in an hour we head over to pick up our order. We got there and they said we can order online but they dont take payments online. We argued and told them we already paid online and they assured us it did not go through, so we paid at the store as well. Kinda Odd, in store the price for out meal was 17.95 and online it was 20.05. So a week later my friend checks her bank account and sure enough, both payments went through. So we called the store to explain and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on, we called back and after another 15 minutes a girl by the name of Elliot helped us. She said we had to drive back to the store to get a refund. Mind you, its a 102 degrees out and driving back to chipotle isnt fun just to get a refund after we told them we already paid online. We got to the store and waited in line and got our 17.95 refund, mind you will still over paid online of 20.05 and had to go through all this trouble. While there food is good, their service and knowledge of their operations is horrible.

Husband said no more, dont bring me cold rice, meat and beans. Prices increase, and the amount of food grows less. They are skimpy on the rice, beans and meat. Had to ask them to put more cheese and lettuce on two bowl, so I could see it, and they acted put out. How dare I ask for more. It wasnt this way years ago. The servers were friendly, and would ask If I wanted more, or if that was enough. NO MORE, This is the second time they have done that. Reminds me of Subway, they count the tomato slices, and everything else, if too much they start taking off. They are losing business this way. The Subway on Folsom/Auburn Blvd, near the dam. They dont do that, and there is always a line.

Great food but tiny location and huge lines. The line frequently goes to the back of the store during the busy times. There are only seats for 30 people inside the store. There were 34 people in line at one time! Not to mention the parking lot, which also has two banks in it is tiny and you have to park halfway across the parking lot. Why this location doesnt either move or open another one nearby is behind me. Again, great food, good service, but avoid during busy times unless you want to wait 15 mins just to order then have nowhere to sit.

Terrible customer service, and the food wasnt even good! My son ordered a kids meal and didnt want the rice and beans on the side. He wanted to substitute one cup of fruit for the sides; he had a choice of chips OR fruit, plus the 2 sides. The manager T.J. refused the substitution. Not only was my son disappointed, but the chicken in my meal had gristle and fat mixed in, something that has never happened at a Chipotle before. We will not be returning to this location. Avoid it if you want an enjoyable dining experience.

Worst, pathetically maintained staffed Chipotle!! 20+ people in line waiting to order! 3 staff members talking to 1 customer (long insignificant conversation, taking theyre sweet old time ringing the customer up.) Instead of handling orders fast and efficient they neglect the other customers who are patiently waiting their turn to order. I didnt realize Chipotle hired lazy people who dont take their job seriously?! Horrible customer service!!! Date of complaint 11/5/16 @ 4:00pm.

Called in a 2 item order, they told me 30 mins. So I showed up and they said they never got my order and ended up having to fill out an order on paper, it would have taken just as long to go in line which is why I called in an order.... I order veggie tacos and a side of guacamole, they said they would comp the guacamole even though with veggie anything a side of guacamole is already comped

This is the worst Chipotle in the Roseville area. Its rally small and you have to fight for seating. The line moves really slow. They have messed up my online order both times. They give small portions and it is not well maintained. (There is graffiti carved everywhere). I do not recommend this Chipotle. Drive out to the Galleria Chipotle. Save yourself the disappointment.

This place charges $10 for burritos and pays there employees minimum wage, and works them like dogs. They treat the animals that they butcher better then there employees. And only give them 35 to 37 hrs a week so they dont have to pay for there health insurance. Chipotle is a joke. And yes the management makes there employees serve more rice and beans than meat.

Such an amazing experience this evening because of cerenna, my son is highly allergic to dairy eggs and peanuts she was amazing at helping us with his needs and also with my daughter. going out of her way to make her food just the way she wanted it. Cerenna has amazing customer service skills and I just wanted to acknowledge her and say thank you again

They consistently give smaller portions of food compared to other Chipotles. Its almost like the management pushes employees to skimp on ingredients. I have to order double meat just to get a standard meat serving. I usually drive an extra few miles to go to a different Chipotle but sometimes have to settle for this one.

Amazing just like the rest of there locations from the east coast to the west coast. I cant get enough Chipotle. Its amazing how great there customer service is no matter what location you go to. Save a few dollars from going to Marys Pizza and get your family some fresh food here.

Worst Chipotle on the planet, stale chips and tortillas, no flavor barbacoa beef thats ice cold, smallest burrito I have ever seen made. Staff was efficient and friendly, they get the 1 star, besides that close the doors. Horrible food, and even worse value.

I love Chipotle, the food at this location is fine. BUT, man, the service is sooo slow at this location. Impossible to get in and out in under 20 min. The staff does not keep the line moving like they do at other locations

Didnt die from the plague like my girlfriend claimed I would. Parking lot can be a bit crowded on weekends. I had three people try to run into my truck. Not Chipotles fault but it did get my heart goin.

Long lines and poorly trained, constantly changing staff makes visiting Chipotle a chore. What I hate about Subway is exactly what I hate about Chipotle. The service does not make me smile.
