1 of the worst lunch service experience a I have ever had. Went there on my lunch hour to the drive thru, it wasnt very busy. Only 1 car ahead of me. I ordered a chicken salad. Spent 30 mins waiting in the drive thru & was asked by Althea manager to pull into the parking lot to wait. Waited in the parking lot another 10+ mins & finally went inside to get a refund. Apparently they were out of chicken despite there being chicken everywhere I looked. When I went inside to get my refund I was ignored for another couple minutes & the manager who asked me to pull forward refused to make eye contact with or acknowledge me. I did my refund (& thats all I got), I didnt get any lunch.

I live up the mountain in Colfax, I tend to stop here after my errands right before heading home. I ALWAYS order a large corn and 2 chicken al carbon tacos with just the meat, cheese and sourcream and they ALWAYS forget either the cheese or sourcream but they dont forget to charge me for the extras tho. This has happened at least 4-5 times. Im usually halfway home when I realize something is missing. Well today I sat inside and ordered the same thing and guess what? Yes, they forget to put the sourcream!!! Check your food before leaving!!!!

As they say best tasting chicken in the whole world! They have messed up a bunch of times with forgetting salad dressing and missing sides on to go orders. Check your order before you leave! I will say that the staff and management are very nice and great customer service as they did replace what we were missing on a few orders the next time we came back with no questions asked! Pollo bowls are a deal and always great pricing. I just wish that were closer to Roseville. They are close to Costco past the Mall and freeway.

This is the first time Ive ever been to an El Pollo Loco and Im impressed! Its 7pm on a Wednesday and its clean, the staff is friendly and helpful (since I didnt know what to order) and the food is awesome! I went the safe route and got the shrimp bowl with rice and corn tortillas, while my fiance had the chicken tostada bowl. Everything was amazing! They dont skimp on the portions and the meats are real! No soy and protein fillers here. Im coming back :)

I go to this location because its the one nearest to my job. I need to stop going here because Im constantly disappointed after every visit. Today, they forgot half of my order, guess its my fault for not checking before I got all the way back to my desk. I also specifically asked for a receipt and they called to give me that in the bag too. WTF! How hard is it to order a salad and one taco?? SMH! Not going here anymore!!!

It wasent very full they didnt add much the salad was such a tiny portion and its supposed to have avadcato in it and there was nothing!! The burrito was falling apart there was like only 4 pieces of chicken with and a little bit of corn as well this was not a full burrito how am i supposed to enjoy my meal if their is a very little portion!! I am not satisfied.

I went here today for the first time and first impressions is everything to me . Very nice place very open but the managers were arguing and we can see and hear everything my food was cold salsa is good but looked like baby food .I ordered chicken avocado wrap the chicken was cold and didnt meet my standards...very upsetting !waste of money in my opinion!

Every time Ive gone in, short line but huge wait time. Most emplyees just stand there, while a few hard working folks pick up the slack. I waited 15 min at the register waiting to order and the 2 girls were hiding out in the drive through area so its harder to see them chatting together. Ive worked fast food, and this place has awful service

This location is a soup sandwich! Every time I go here there is an issue with the chicken, there is either a waiting time for it, the most recent wait was 20 minutes, or they are out of chicken! Really? Your main item you sell is chicken and your out?? That is like Kentucky Fried Chicken running out of chicken!

After buying a chicken burrito, Im wondering if any chicken was actually supposed to be in the burrito. A $6 burrito with rice and beans? Um, not cool at all. Chipotle has my service forever after this. Very unhappy says it nicely. Good luck with business.

Really hate when I order a family dinner to get no salad dressing for our side salad -& we asked for extra and no Pico when requested - really bummed. We drove 40 mins home to find the 2 things we asked for werent there. $30 fail El pollo thx

Catering with El Pollo Loco is wonderful. Everything is made fresh and packaged in a sturdy box. There is always plenty of food and at a reasonable price. My clients actually prefer El Pollo Loco when I visit different offices.

Service is consistently slow and dinning area is almost always a disaster. Almost every time I go to this location they are our of chicken and when they do have chicken it is normally over cooked and dry. Would not recommend.

Nice place and food. Although no BUTTER? What kind of mexican restaurant dosnt have butter? And when i asked them for butter, they made a big deal about it when i went they had to talk about it in "the back"
