Staff was friendly to me but very busy and all my stuff got damaged and even if I had insurance they said they wouldnt cover it because of their location customers are expected to know the high possibility that their stuff will be damaged only gets two stars because they were very nice to me but the whole purpose of storing my stuff was to protect it so seeing as I paid for services I see to be unrendered with no more than an Im sorry I cant help you really sucked especially when Im homeless and its all I had at the time and Im still cleaning mild spiders and parasites from my stuff which just cost me in triplicate ack!

Im a very satisfied customer with Cube Smart Storage they are a excellent company to store all your things whether its personal, business and or recreational from cars, boats,jet skis the family travel trailer to the husband/wifes big rig you name it they got the space for it I felt that all my things and I was safe and secure also you feel like family thats the way I feel about Cubes Smart Storage never go anywhere else again thank you Cubes Smart Storage in Sacramento CA for being my number one storage place Jacquelyn Mellish

My truck was broken into and all of my things stolen. There is a homeless encampment directly behind the facility and they come over the fence. The facility has not fixed the razor wire and they dont seem to care about security. They refused to help with anything after my truck was broken into. They pretty much refused to help and wouldnt even call the police after it happened. They also "dont get paid to look through security footage, so your on your own. I would not trust my belongings there if I were you.

I am a very satisfied 4yrs long time customer with Cube Smart Storage and the quality,size of the two units that Ive had since I became a customer with them is well worth the money and also the security they put in to protecting what you store there I wouldnt go anywhere else I also like to add that the employees there are great people understand and its like the family basement without stairs. Misty at CubeSmart is AWESOME. She has made the whole process so easy. I made an inquiry and she was very quick to get back to me and answer all my questions. Being from out of town, I was a little concerned with the timing of my delivery truck and access, but she was super helpful and I felt confident that we had made the right decision to go with Cubesmart.

Nice place with a tricky way to get to due to the one way streets and light rail tracks. Big facility and great staff. The gate is coded so you can get to your storage unit after or before the main office is open.
