Darlene Gant

Useless classes whether child or adult. Sexist African American Coach. Religious Muslim or Israelite views prevent him from working diversely and its brought the gym down. Unclean Moldy facility. Check the dirty boxing glove bin unfiltered dirty fountain water and weight equipment and restrooms. The Equipment is hanging by chains and floor mats on Rafters ready to give way. If you are truly an aspiring athlete woman or child please find a better gym.

The staffs were very friendly from the time we walked in the door up until we walked out. The gym was perfect in terms of size. Its got everything you need to train and get in the best shape of your life. Its definitely one of the best boxing gym in Sacramento.

Great gym with awesome people! I am training there to be a fighter and for the workout as well. The trainers work with me one on one to get my technique down and to make sure I get the best possible workout. Best gym I have ever been to!
