Horrible gym. Ive been to health clubs all over the US, and all over the world for that matter, and never have I experienced the disrespect I have at this location. TERRIBLE management, nothing but INCOMPETENT girls behind the front desk with zero common sense. and the name is a total misnomer. NOT OPEN 24 HOURS, so be prepared to be DISAPPOINTED. I have been disappointed with this location for a while now but its so close to my house that I just put up with it, and I wasnt even going to waste my time typing a negative comment, but some dumb blonde behind the counter had the nerve to say something so nasty I cant even bring myself to type it. As a former personal trainer, I am embarrassed by the staff here and the facilities overall.. I immediately cancelled my membership after 4 years and will not look back. I now belong to California Family Fitness, a much better establishment from my experiences. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, NOT WORTH IT!! -Nicole

This little no-frills 24 Hour Fitness "Active" location is one of my very favorites (and Ive worked out regularly at five or six different locations across northern California, most of which are "Sport" or "Super Sport"). Im a simple guy: when I hit the gym, its for the weights and machines--and the equipment here is sufficient and well maintained. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, and other patrons seem to be a little more aware of their fellow worker-outers. I always enjoy working out here, even at peak times.

The incompetent and poorly trained staff create a frustration unseen since I stopped eating McDonalds. The poor maintenance of the facility, primarily the leaking roof which can lead to dry rot and eventual collapse (and which has been ignored for several years), poses a threat to the safety of the public and their lack of concern is, well concerning.

I actually love this gym. Its my 24 gym of choice. However its only open certain hours!! This totally threw me when come to find I roll up on Sat at 6 and theyre only open from 7 to 11 on weekends and 5-11 weekdays. No good. I had to drive to the one off Fulton. Although when this guy is open I prefer it. Its a really nice gym

Broken equipment rude and inattentive employees. Poor management And by the way Insane Employee Warning !!! Girl Went OFF on me in the parking lot about being molested and thought I was there stalking her. She started screaming at me about all of her phone calls for years were taped.and she was being "framed".

I work 9 to 5. Home by 6 finish cooking and eating dinner by what ? 7/ 7:30. Drive to the gym and now I get a 1 hour workout. BECAUSE YOU CLOSE AT 9

Love this 24 hour! So big, so many machines and lots of windows. One of the best gyms in the city. Its a good one!

Small, very limited equiptment, no towels, and theyre open 12 hrs a day. 24 HR should drop this gym as an affiliate
