I love training at this gym! I had never boxed before. On my first day, the coaches got me set up with the gear. Youll need gloves, hand wraps and a jumprope. You can bring your own gear, but I had no idea what I needed. The gear they sell there is solid if youre starting out. The coaches will show you how to wrap your hands then they will do an intro session showing you the basics of boxing! It will be a full body work out! After your intro class, you will train in the group classes. The classes are intense and compact. You will be dead tired at the end. The class will be a variation of primarily BOXING, cardio, weightlifting and more. Its different every class! So youll hit every muscle group by the end of the week. You will learn boxing technique. You will do boxing drills. You will hit bags. You will hit mitts. You might hit people. :) You will learn the ins and outs of the sport of boxing. The coaches are awesome boxing instructors! They can train people at all levels. They train beginners all the way up to competition. They also offer youth programs. Just tell them what your goals are. Whether its general fitness, weight loss, self defense or competition, they can help you reach your goals and more! Did I mention how awesome the coaches and staff are? They remember every face and name that walks through the door and theyll always say hello, ask you about your day and really get to know you. The atmosphere in the gym is super friendly. All the members there are great people and they motivate each other! 5 stars because I love training here! I look forward to it everyday! Thanks, Prime Time Boxing Roseville!

I have been boxing for 17 years been to allot of amazing gym in several different states!!! I have never met a more amazing team!! Jose, David and Kelly are not only amazing abehay they do but are people I can call friends!! Its it just a gym I go to its a family!!! No matter what Im going through in life I have a group of uplifting, positive, motivating , and encouragement to keep me going!!! My skills as a boxer are on a whole new level with the thanks of prime time boxing!!!! Ive never been so confident in myself and body and I can really say its because of primetime!!! This is a must to check out!! If you want to get your butt kicked into shape and have fun doing it come here! You see results with learning a skill! My life has changed is so many ways and cant imagine not knowing this group and having this in my life!! Thank you primetime!!!!!

Heres the thing, if youre looking for a soft, easy workout that doesnt challenge you or motivate you, then Prime Time Boxing Roseville is definitely NOT for you! If youre looking to be pushed out of your comfort zone, and worked hard by Coaches that are amazing and positive, get down here. Now. Not in the shape you want to be in? This is for you. Dont think you can do it? Try. Just come down and try it. Its hard, but its SO worth it. Do something for yourself, thatll make you feel good. Youll NEVER regret coming down and working out at Prime Time Boxing. Every single workout is different than the one before or after. Its never boring! How many workouts can you say that about? Butt-kicking workouts, amazing Coaches, and great people to workout with. What are you waiting for? :)

I love this gym. I started here in August 2016 after a long bout of depression and it has lifeted me back into life. Not only are ( Jose and David) the coaches fun but they have excellent backgrounds in boxing that help build and shape new and veteran boxers. I wouldnt say this is just a gym its more like a family that loves to workout together.

This place is great! I bought the $60 groupon for a month of unlimited boxing, best $60 Ive ever spent, seriously. Anybody deciding where you should go train, this is the place. The people are awesome, the atmosphere is awesome, and the coaches are awesome. P.S. you might run into Bobby Jackson at this location
