BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!CALFIT IS A JOKE!!!!! Way over priced. When I went in to cancel my membership, I was informed that I had a one year contract, not the month to month membership that I was told I was signing up for and that they advertise EVERYWHERE. When I told them that the kid that signed me up told me 3 times that it was a month to month membership, and asked them if they could help me, they told me that the kid is "no longer with the company" (How convenient) and then they shoved the contract in my face asked me "is that your signature ?". WOW, REALLY? If that is how you want to treat your customers, then you need a serious lesson in customer service. The corporate office is no better, they basically told me the exact same thing except they offered to freeze my account for $15 a month. WOW, WHAT A DEAL. Thats more than most gyms in this town charge for a membership. The SAD part is that I probably would have rejoined the gym 6 months from now, I switch gyms pretty often due to sheer boredom. Instead, Ill finish out my "signed" contract, cancel the membership the first day I can and never give California Family Fitness a dollar of my familys money again. Im 35 years old and have a lot of good gym years left, way to look at the "Big Picture". Lessons learned: #1. Read it before you sign it. Dont trust anyone! No matter what they say. #2. California Family Fitness doesnt care about your Family or your Fitness, Its all about the money. I guess they need the $59 a month more than I do. Pretty SAD.

My teenage daughter went into the Roseville location and was completely taken advantage of! It was a bunch of "used car salesman " basically and conned her into signing up for a gym membership and took cash from her for the "sign up ".when she came home i called and expressed my disappointment to the manager of the gym for taking advantage of a child. The manager said that they couldnt give me the cash back but they would refund back onto her card. Its been a month and a half and we still havent seen a refund! I spoke to another manager today and was completely blown off and basically was told "I dont know what to tell you, you should probably take it up with corporate "..so California family fitness totally took advantage of my teenage daughter and took the only money that she had and is refusing to give it back! I am very well known in the community and I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know not to do business with this company! !!

after going to this place for over a year and a half i went in to cancel my membership because i am moving out of state. and after thye told me when i signed up i had to give a 15 day notice i would be fine, well they lied, they told me it had to be at the start of the month and now on the 5th its to late. not to mention that they knew i wasnt able to come in as mush i i did because of my son having PT 2 times a day at shriners for his cp after his surgery. i guess that wasnt a good excuse to why i havent did it yet. they lady was rude and refused to help, what a manager she was. i loved this place till this new manager treated me like my family was trash.

This place Is literally a joke lol. Their is so much equipment thats broken and gross that it makes me want to throw up ! I joined here and thought it was going to be a good experience but I was so wrong all the equipment is lose or just stick so I only can do cardio here Also if your a girl there are alot of aggressive guys here that wont leave you alone So I joined life time and its been so much better because they have standards and there arent a bunch of illegal Hispanics their

Great place! This place has it all. I was lucky and got the family signed up for the anniversary special! Got my first month free, only paid $16 for fees and a low monthly of under $100 for the family of 4... like I said this was a special that ended, had to share! Advised me of as student special when my daughter starts college in the spring. The machines are kept clean, very friendly helpful staff. This place had all your fitness needs...

I have been a member of Calfit for a couple of years and have had a great gym experience. The facility is up to date and clean, and I cant say enough about the staff. Recently, I had a situation where I was unhappy and I went to the Operations Manager, Luke Anderson. He was interested in what I had to say and personally resolved my issue. Thank you, Calfit. You make staying in shape a fun experience.

I go to the Roseville, Rocklin, and Sports Complex gyms. Roseville is a great gym with excellent facilities. The racquetball courts are great and the locker room facilities are very comfortable. The workout facilities are always available. I highly recommend this gym.

Nice staff, very clean and well maintained. easy to find the equipment you need and has a private hot tub in the womens locker room, so you dont have to use the outside one, along with a dry sauna.

Great facility and staff. Missing a few machines I like and some a little older compared to newest equipment. Spacious. Great kids area and staff. Priced a bit high.
