WOW! I have had a unit at this facility since about October and I have never been treated as poorly as I was today. I received a call indicating that my lock was not on my unit properly. I have not been at my unit since the beginning of March. The temporary attendant would not be more specific and ended the phone call. I called back (it took me calling five times within ten minutes before I was able to get him on the phone) and the attendant was able to decipher that the last time the door on my unit was opened was the same day that my personalized access code was also used. I asked why it took them over one month before they called me to notify me that my lock was on right and they guy lost it on the phone and actually began yelling at me that it was my duty to put my lock on correctly. It may be my duty to put the lock on properly but I should have known THAT SAME DAY that I did put my lock on wrong NOT OVER A MONTH LATER. This place claims to be the most secure facility in Sacramento, they should be walking the floor everyday. I really hope all of my stuff is still there tonight because Im at work and I cant leave early. Oh yeah, even though I gave notice on the phone, consider this your 30-day notice that I am vacating your facility.
