I recently moved from the Inland Empire in Southern California to Natomas area for a job, and I have been having difficulty in finding a safe and reputable storage facility to store my belongings while I look for permanent housing. On a recent trip to a doctors appointment, I drove by this facility on Main Ave. Maybe it was the bright blue and yellow paint scheme they have going on, or the fact that it was located on a busy street in Natomas, but it definitely caught my attention. I decided to drop in and inquire. The first thing that caught my attention when I walked in the door was how organized everything looked. More specifically their merchandise and box display. They also had 3 huge big screen TVs showing their security cameras that puts the Star Destroyer to shame. I was immediately greeted by Troy on a rainy Tuesday morning, and he asked how he could help me out. I stated to him my current situation, and they I would be needing storage for an indefinite amount of time while I look for an housing in the area. My biggest concern was my collection of old records that I have collected throughout the years that I want to be able to preserve, and he mentioned that his entire facility is climate-controlled! I was almost immediately sold. He told me that their facility was actually brand new and the most state-of-the-art facility - which I could clearly see. Troy showed me multiple unit sizes, and I opted for their 7.5x10 unit. The rental process was as painless as can be, and he offered me some water while I filled out the forms. In this day in age its unfortunate that good customer service has fallen to the wayside, but Troy was extremely personable and professional and explained the entire lease in detail. After I signed the lease, he walked me out to the keypad and showed me how to access the facility and let me know that he would be there for me if I needed anything. What an experience if I do say so myself. 5 stars for Troy!

I have been a costumer at public storage for a few years. but since they have been having multiple rent increases I have been wanting to move. so I had seen the construction of this building and when I discovered it was going to be a self storage I had to inquire and I am so glad I did. I went there and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman by the name of Troy who was very knowledgeable about the sizes he took and showed me a few spaces. Iam so glad I decided to check them out. They also have a great amount of boxes and supplies. It really was a ONE STOP SHOP for all my moving needs.

This is an open ceiling place so your stuff gets pretty dusty. They also had a roof leak earlier this year, but thankfully my stuff didnt get wet. Hard to find many carts to use and the doors cannot be propped open easily. No problem with pests. The manager Joe is very responsive and a good one, but not sure if he is still there. The new gal doesnt seem to be very responsive. Still trying to see how and when I get my deposit back.

Place has been under construction for almost the whole time I have had my unit here including gravel trenches in front of the only door into the place. There has been lots of trash and broken appliances left outside of the place for weeks on end. The plus is the staff is really nice.
