I went to this place earlier today and was very impressed by not only the cost of j their units, but also by the lovely Assistant Manager, Britney, that was there. I did a lot of price checking before hand and found that this place would be well within my budget for the size I was looking for. I have a few stuff that Ive got to hold for awhile and I figured 5x10 would do the job. After explaining everything I had she strongly recommended that I get a unit one size up. Im very glad that I took her advise! I nearly filled up the one that I did get and I would have been very frustrated if I had gotten the smaller one. She saved me a lot of time, hard work and sweat with her knowledge of the units. Employees like her are the kind that every business should have and hold on to.

So i was on a short time schedule with locating a self storage unit for a furniture delivery. i had done my research and came to Extra Space Storage Britney was very patient and helpful she took the time to show me multiple available units and even researched online pricing for me to save money. int he end i felt very comfortable with them and she made it easy for me to decide if i wanted to go with them (no pressure) i am very happy with the assistance i was provided as soon as you walk in the office the wonderful smell of a glade plug-in greats you, and makes you feel at ease

I received late notice that i had to move out from where I was staying. I needed storage the same day and I didnt have much time. Public Storage was my first option, turned out theyre prices were too high but most importantly, the customer service wasnt pleasant at all. When I finally arrived at Extra Storage, the scent was very pleasant, and Britny greeted me with a warm smile, and genuine service. She operated at an up beat pace and I loved it. I got a great deal. It didnt take long nor was it any confusion. Im very satisfied. Thanks Britny.

Tamara was WONDERFUL! I must say that I have worked with several different storage companies over the past year and without question ExtraSpace Storage has been the Best By FAR!! I use the North Highlands, CA location and Tamara was an Absolute STAR!!! not only was she able to show me the unit i needed, She was also able to re-Paint the curb all this while providing exceptional customer service. I hope you read this and use this location, Tell them Lee recommended you, and ask for Tamara, problem solved!!!

I have been renting storage space here for about 3 years and have been extremely pleased with the service and the facility. They are constantly cleaning and have repaved since I moved my things in. It is open from 8 to 8 and I have always felt safe, even when I have spent hours rearranging crates, etc. It is reasonable enough for permanent, long term storage, so I see the same faces and the staff knows them by name. I highly recommend this facility.

When I was searching for a storage facility Extra Space had the best price and hours. Although, while I was in contract the hours did shorten for weekday hours. They did, however, stay open later than almost all other storage facilities. The staff are all very friendly and the entire grounds are kept very clean. I would definately recommend if great service at a low cost is somethng you are looking for.

I looked online and called several places before I chose Extra Space. They had the best rates to begin with, but when I got there they gave me an even better rate and a free first month! The facility is clean and well-kept. Its a good location. You can pay online. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! The list goes on! Store your stuff here! Great experience!

Update: moved in today. Very easy. Karen was friendly and very helpful. The gate in and out was simple and easy to use. Facilities are extremely clean and well kept. Renting the unit: It was very clean and renting was very easy. I reserved a space online, the manger gave me a call right away to set up a time to sign the lease. Very friendly service.

Clean storage great people do you only problem is they go up on your rent all the time so therefore its hard to keep up with the rent because it goes up all the time so its ridiculous at times other Nat great place to be if they didnt raise the rent all the time

Extra Space Storage deffinately gives me a great bargin for my buck. They are less expensive than their large competitors and much nicer than some of the little guys I have seen. They give me what I need for a price I can afford.
