My husband and I shopped all over looking for a caterer for our June 2009 wedding. We happened upon Fresh and Quick and scheduled a tasting. The food was really good at the tasting and I especially liked the Fettuccini Alfredo (which is rare...usually I find Alfredo sauce to be quite bland), and the prices were the lowest we had found. The wedding food however was a totally different story!!! We ordered the Chicken Picatta and added a Carved Sirloin station. The chicken was horrible...it looked boiled (however the "chef" assured me it wasnt) and was almost totally tasteless. The "sauce" was awful and because of the terrible presentation a lot of the chicken was left over. The sirloin was over cooked and dry, but was ok. The best part of the entire dinner was the Spinach Salad...which they RAN OUT OF!!!!!!!!!!! Now, yes it was very hot that day (105 degrees) however a truly professional caterer would have prepared for the head and would have placed things like ICE under a butter bowl...nope not Fresh and Quick. The butter for the rolls was totally melted and also looked horrible. Having bad food at your wedding is totally embarrassing and I was honestly quite humiliated to be serving that to my guests. Furthermore, when I asked about some sort of refund for the lack of salad I was told that they appropriated enough for my head count. The truth is that I had fewer people arrive than I had told them and I believe that people took more salad because the chicken looked so unappealing. All in all...beware of this caterer. They may have low prices, but the food is low quality. The staff was pleasant, however the manager Jason spent more time flirting with my bartender than worrying about the quality of the food. When I spoke with him after my wedding about the food he was defensive and quite glib. Finally, what you have at your tasting is NOT what they serve at your wedding.

Steve, Thanks for taking care of us. Everyone loved the place...I said that "You should talk to Steve". Its apparent when talking to you that you really love what you do and take pride in making the process comfortable for your clients. It was your genuine interest and excitement when we first met you and beautiful grounds and the flexibilty you allowed that made the choice for us. And the price cant be beat! The photographer loved the house and the DJ even posted something on his Facebook recommending a look for people looking for a venue. Thanks again!

Fresh and Quick is amazing! They recently catered my wedding and the quality of food for the price was exceptional. They showed up early, worked well with my wedding coordinator, and cleaned up when everything when they were done. They even packed up the leftovers and put them in the fridge at the end of the night. From the very beginning, Steve and Alina responded promptly and were incredibly pleasant to work with. We had a blast working with them and will definitely recommend them to our friends in the area!

The service was wonderful. The presentation was perfect, the staff was professional and helpful.... the food however, was over cooked.... dry, and some of the pastas were very hard. When I gave them feedback after the event it was never even acknowledged.
