had my front brakes done in july, had my rear brakes done this month. the person who did my rear brakes for me looked at my front brakes. he found that the front right brake shoes were put in the wrong sides, the tabs pushed into the calipers and ripped a piece of metal on one side and dented the other side. I saw the damage myself. I went in to natomas auto to show them the damage. I talk to the guy at the desk named khua or something like that. he took the car in the garage for a few minutes then came out and said there was nothing wrong with the calipers. I said I could show them the damage, but he said they already put the car back together and pulled up to the front of the shop. he basically called me a lair and refused to let me show them the damage ,he said the guy who worked on my brakes was trying to rip me off. I used to trust these guys but not anymore. I will never go back if that is how they are going to treat a returning customer.

I just relocated from Delaware to Sacramento. I just received new tags for my car but when I tried to put the new tags on I found out that the screws were completely rusted out. So in the spare of the moment I had to quickly find someone to take the old tags off. Well luckily I came here because these guys went out their way to help me. This was by no means an easy job. They had to break off the old rusted screws, order replacement screws then they had to drill a hole in the License plate because the old screws broke off and were still lodged in the hole. My tags were expired so I didnt want to go through the hassle of being stopped by a police officer and have to explain the situation. So Im really happy that I went to these guys and I recommend others come to them as well.

My family was driving from Stockton to Eugene, Oregon when we suddenly heard disturbing sounds under the hood. We googled the nearest mechanic to us and feel EXTREMELY grateful to have found this business! Apparently our serpentine belt was shredding apart and we needed replacement ASAP. While waiting for the part to arrive, we also asked for an oil change since we had intended to do that prior to this road trip. All in all, it cost only $101 for everyrhing and we were back on the road within 1.5 hours! The staff was courteous and hustled to get us safely back on the road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mechanic with integrity!

A simple oil change resulted in a check engine light and car problems whie I was still at the shop and starting my car to leave. The technican made some adjustments but the problem returned the next day. I went back to the shop but the owner was rude and abusive. Pointed to the wall and told me to call the bureau of automotive repair and wouldnt even let me tell him of the issues that occured in his parking lot after the oils change. He ordered me out of his shop. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. I stood there in disbelief perplexed that someone so rude could stay in business.

Le, the owner of the shop, is a great dude. I Google shops when my window control broke and he fixed it for $250 less than what the Honda dealer quoted me at. He remembers my name like a good friend whenever I take my car in, and he always beats the prices from the Midas shop I used to go to. Le and the Natomas Auto Care team are the best around. Great service, great price, and always speedy in the shop. Highly recommended.

You can get a cheaper oil change but the mechanics are thorough and honest. They really do try to keep the costs down for you. The part I needed was not available through their vendors, except through the pricey dealership. They recommended an online store I could get it for half the price, but unfortunately did not tell me what the actual part was. Rather than risk spending $$$ on the wrong part, I went elsewhere.

This is by far the best auto shop that Ive taken my car to. They are always honest and never try to sell you services or stuff that you dont need. I moved almost 40 minutes away and its always worth the drive to go back there. The first time I visited, I was worried about being low on brake fluid, they checked it and topped it off at no charge! Great service.

I love this place because of there friendly staff and the fact that they get things done in a timely manner. My only issue is depending on whos working on your car you might or might not have to take it back after repairs. Ive had great service here but sometimes there repairs are done sloppy and I have to go back so they can re-dp it the correct way

I have gone here multiple times. The staff is very friendly and honest. They are very thorough. They even have driven me back home a couple times so I dont have to wait at the shop with my infant. I highly recommend this auto body shop. They dont take advantage of their customers and they have decent prices!
