Worst experience from any form of mechanic I have experienced. It truly was a shop from hell. Took them a month to do my transmission job. When it came time to pick up my car they would tell me "oh one more week it will be done for you." So this happens three weeks in a row. They told me my car would be ready Thursday morning, I get there they tell me 3:30 pm. My wife had to take two days off work to pick me up after they tell me my car is done and ends up not. So I ended up coming back the next day to pick up my car and it took them all dam day to finish it. They had my car a month and its still not done, I ended up taking my car home took my rims off replace all lug nuts because they rounded them off and my rims werent full set on the spindle along with the threads were stripped and there was no clutch pedal play after they replace everything. I fixed all the mistakes I could without tearing into the tranny. Their warranty if you are wondering is 12 thousand miles or 12 months, shows they are not confident in there work. I paid them to do their job not for me to fix it. No ASE certification in site bad customer service, and poor craftsmanship. Save yourself time money and a ton of frustration.

these guys do IT ALL - Dont let the "Transmission" part of the name fool you - I had no idea service like this still existed! I purchased a vehicle in San Diego and was on my way to Seattle when I heard a nasty noise from the rear of the van (turned out to be the rear differential) while passing through Elk Grove. In checking "google star reviews" for a shop these guys had 5 star so I stopped - WOW! My one regret is that I dont live in Elk Grove - IF YOU ARE LOCAL SEARCH NO FARTHER - YOU FOUND YOUR NEW MECHANIC - they honored their original cost of labor even though they went over the estimated hours needed for the job - VERY HONEST, VERY HELPFUL, Good old fashioned business owners looking to please the customer, NOT gauge & nickle/dine them to death - they are in it for YOU- NOT THE MONEY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
