I purchased an E350 in October of 2016. Took the vehicle in for service and got it back with the wifi not working. While trying to fix the wifi we discovered that the concierge never did the vehicle delivery correctly and we were suppose to have navigation, internet, satélite radio, emergency roadside assistance, concierge service, embrace and other packages set up that never were. I took the vehicle back to the dealership for two days. Came back to pick it up and it still wasnt fixed. I was told that enrollment was closed and the Tek waited too long to try and fix it. So I took the car only to find out from my embrace Rep that the enrollment department was still open. I took the car right back to the dealership and they started the process of enrolling the vehicle. 44 minutes later software required the Tek to call a certain number to complete the enrollment. This time the number was closed for Memorial Day weekend...but it had just closed 1 hour and 44 minutes after I picked up the vehicle and returned it. So, Jose promises over the phone to show up Saturday at 10:00am and did not show up. Rick in Service is great but it must be hard being surrounded by people that lie and cannot be trusted. RUN...front his dealership!

My scoring was based on the computer system that your dealership used. I have first educated that issue with the van were two problems, which I was ok with. After the van being fixed, they discovered another error code that the computer system did not catch. This cost me an extra $2,500 to fix. If I would have been educated with all the error in the begging I would walk away not getting anything fixed but since I was already in the whole I felt I had no other option. If your dealership is going to charge a premium dollar to get the van diagnosed I would hope they would be able to see all the issues from the beginning. This would improve the customer experience and recommendation of this business location.

Horrible customer service if you did not buy your car at their dealership. They treat you even worse if you did not purchase an extended warranty with them. Had a huge bubble in my tire and they blew it off as my tire warranty would not cover it and its only 1 year old car. They refuse to wash your car even if you pay for service. They claim they only wash their own cars. Take your business elsewhere!. Fletcher Jones of Fremont is the best even if its a few miles away. I felt as if I was a huge bother to them!!

I will give them a 4.5 for service. they are very friendly and very knowledgeable very quick to respond to your needs. Though I would not buy another new vehicle from them since they moved to the new area all salesmen have been stressed to make sales using the old and still I guess Waze Ill selling a car. They forgot that this is not a Chevy Orr Nissan or afford its a Benz dealership the car sells itself. Do not like to be pressed or treated as if I am ignorant. So sad

Beautiful vehicles and showroom. They NEED to work on customer service. Listening to a customer request for information and providing it within a reasonable time would have been wonderful. Total time spent was way over 3 hours just to get information. I expected better from a high end dealership.
