Bad. I have been in this office four times and I have had three bad experiences. The women are petty once I didnt have the proper card but had valid documents proving my eligibility. As the last resource she added she could pull up my eligibility. Only after I offered to go outside to get my card did she help. The other lady neglected to call me as I was in line next the customers had to tell her I was next before she helped me. If you look ethnic do not go to this office

The help I received on the phone was courteous, quick and complete. Very professional. A bit of humor on my part was met with real laughter and I could feel the smile on her face through the phone. My thanks AAA.

Very substandard performance. Customers are treated as enemy combatants. I have no idea what is the value proposition of AAA locations like this. I wish it gone and replaced with a better store.
