Very bad and dishonest owner Raj Saran. His mechanics are useless who worked on my car. Once you get into his trap you are completely dooped. When you take your car for a repair he will tell you that he will take care of every thing. They keep on experimenting with your vehicle and it is a guessing game for them. If his technicians cannot fix the problem, he will come up with a new idea and will tell you it needs some other part to be replaced and the price will keep on increasing. He promises one time but doesnt keep the time and you may have to take your car back for fixing the same problem again and again. He doesnt have good qualified technicians, they cannot fix the problem at appropriate time. The owner doesnt know any thing about car repairs & has absolutely no experience or knowledge about cars. He just bought it two years back as the previous owner was going down the hill. The technicians know how to play the game with all lies. Probably they dont even test it. Every customer who walks in with an AC problem needs to replace their Compressor to a new one & I think it is pretty bazar and also the charges will be almost $900 to $1000, Then people should think back and forth. Many people walk away. There could be simple reasons such as relay for a blinking AC light inside the car, or may be freon or some electrical connection or something simple. It cannot be the bad compressor Always and one should replace it. The owner tells every one on the phone when people call that he will give a very good deal & just bring It in. once they come in It is a different story for what he has quoted over the phone. Just a major trick to trap one down. It starts at $200 to 300 over the phone the quotation finally will end up at $1000. I was there sitting in his lobby listening to all his conversation and no need to be a secret shopper. I had a very bad experience with this guy. He ripped me completely on my AC He puts in a new compressor, kept the car for more than 24 hrs. The car AC worked for 3/4 hrs and later it stops Than I had to take it back again and again, the second time he said they checked it , he said bad compressor and speed sensor is not working/ defective So bring in Monday I will put a better one and I have ordered it now. Than you go on Monday than after 2 .5 hrs he comes up and says the compressor is good but it needs a R & R amplifier. So you need to come after 3 days & costs you $586, more on top of $904 which was already paid. In general I saw many customers complaining after they got their work done. Some problems with every one of them. I did not see any happy customers. A very sweet black lady who works in the day care told me that they did the same thing to her for another issue, and when she came back to have them do the oil change which they had not performed he told her that it would cost $70 for an oil change. Then she says no I want the basic one which is 24.99 but he did not wanted to listen to her. He kept on saying the same thing. His electronic board says 24.99 basic 35.99 medium and 54.99 superior oil change. Finally he charged her 35.99 after she was very persistent about it and even though she asked for basic oil change which was 24.99 finally she had it done as it was already taken to the rack by the tech. This Raj Saran wants to become millionaire over night I think after studying his behavior at his business. Full of lies. Please dont trust this guy nor his business please. Be aware of your consumer rights. Otherwise he will rip you totally and still will have problems with your car. A good condition car can go to dogs if you trust this Meineke owner. It is a franchise business. If you have problems please call and notify the customer service/ head office in Toronto main Office Meineke and there is a toll free # on line on google search. They will make sure they will hear your issue and you get a resolution within a week. I will never ever recommend this guy and his business even to my enemy Even though I try not to have one. This guy totally lost my trust and our family business.

After feeling a little cheated a couple times over the past seven years, Ive been looking for a mechanic I can trust. I think Ive found one. I was driving East on Grantline to my favorite Indian restaurant, Sansar, which is just off Tracy Blvd. I saw the $15 oil change special (and only $9.99 if you showed your pet as they are located next door to the Grantline Veterinary Hospital). Evidently they have new ownership and reopened recently. Anyway, Ive known for a while that my car needed a belt and a power steering pump replaced. They offered to take care of both for $100 less than two previous mechanics Ive seen (I dont even bother with dealerships anymore). I told them I had to pick up my kids and could bring the car back later. Raj gave me a loaner and said the work would be done that afternoon. Not only that, their mechanic, Jerry, put in two headlights and an air-filter that I bought earlier and been meaning to change, free of charge. Speaking of Jerry, he let me know the steering pump cracked due to a bad engine mount. Evidently, when the car starts, the engine jolts forward slightly and he heard the noise it created. Im certainly not a car guy and I still cant hear that noise, but Jerry obviously knows his stuff. Anyway, my car, once again, purrs like a kitten. Ill be bringing it back in for sure.

I brought in a corporate coupon thats sent to residents home, for a free A/C check, the fine print read for most cars or light trucks. So i called the corporate office in Florida to make sure my vehicle was covered, they said it was, i got my vehicle in within an hour an half, n they were trying to charge me almost $50 upon picking my vehicle up! Corporate office sent this company an email about this compliant, police were called n this was resolved by not paying the bill but they wanted to wait 30 min. to hand over my vehicle n was telling police what do they need my car for that long what are they gonna do to it, why cant i have my vehicle now, it was finally released to me 30 minutes later!! My A/C is now hot n not even cool as when i brought it in.

So I was looking for a place to take my car and I saw this sign of a grand opening for a Meineke in Tracy. I stopped in and right away they were very attentive and friendly. I had just left another auto place in Tracy ( I wont say the name) and was not happy with the price. Mario from Meineke quoted me a price that was $120 less for the same job!! So needless to say I was really happy! The service was great and I got my car back that same day!!!!! so please do yourself a favor and if you need your car worked on in the Tracy, Stockton area go to Meineke on Grant Line in Tracy.
